Check in process was easy, John was very quick whenever I needed to reach out. The house was clean and stocked with games, etc. which made for a nice experience for our family.

Family vacation

This property was perfect. We planned a family vacation and this house an awesome Location, cleanliness, room and being on the water was what we were looking for and this worked. They even had extra stuff for us to use. The owner was super nice and checked on us.

Relaxing get-away

What an awesome stay! We had the best time. The house was amazingly clean, very comfortable and well equipped. The deck was perfect for sunrise breakfast and sunset drinks. Communication was excellent and very responsive. Thank you again, John. We look forward to staying again.

Maria and her family, including their lovely dog, were wonderful guests. They left our home in perfect condition, exactly as they found it, and were very respectful of our space. Communication throughout their stay was excellent, making the entire process smooth and easy. We would be thrilled to host them again in the future and highly recommend them to other hosts. This home was wonderful!! Spotless and had absolutely everything we needed. Even our pups enjoyed their time here. Owner was available for anything we may have needed. We had a couple questions and he answered us right away. Loved staying here! If you are thinking of staying here, make your reservation! You won't be disappointed! We will definitely be going back again next year!!

We had a fabulous stay! Everything was fantastic! John was a wonderful host and always very prompt at communicating and answering any questions I had. The pictures are accurate and it’s even more beautiful in person. The bedroom on the first floor with the bathroom and shower was perfect for my mom as she can’t do many stairs these days. The patio and back deck were gorgeous! The location was fantastic! We explored Seaside Heights, Old Orchard Beach, Island Beach state Park as well as Point Pleasant. We’ve rented many VRBO rentals in the past and our experience was top notch with all kinds of little extras included at the house like beach passes, chairs & coffee! We will be back! The only downside was we had to leave!

Amazing modern house in great location

We loved this spacious house. It may fool you by looking small from the outside, but it has a great layout and open feel. My teen boys had their privacy with 2 bedrooms upstairs, their own bathroom and a bonus room. Their favorite part of the vacation was floating in the bay on the inflatables provided by our host. The location is very private, peaceful and scenic. We can't wait to come back again!

This house is perfect for a family. We took advantage of the dock. We loved using the crab traps. We loved having our morning coffee out by the water as well as an evening cocktail. It was so relaxing! Plus we traveled with teenage boys & they had the bedrooms upstairs so the separation was perfect! House is in a great location too! We rented bicycles & we were able to bike everywhere easily. Another absolutely awesome feature is that John supplies all the bedding, towels, toilet paper & paper towels. Just makes it that much easier for the traveler!!! Such a great vacation! Thank you John!!!
