Boat House Short-Term Rental (STR) is SECONDS away from Walkedge Boat Ramp. Additional water accesses (Tiny Park, Bay Drive, etc) are nearby and the much-desired Okaloosa Island Beach is only 1 mile away! Enjoy parks, restaurants and the downtown areas. The STR has 3 bedrooms with spacious living/dining room areas. The kitchen includes most cooking items. A pack n’ play and highchair are available as well. The Space:
Boat House is a spacious 1,991 square foot home on a .31 acre fenced in lot. The home was built using the open floor plan concept connecting the kitchen and living/dining rooms. The bedrooms include 1 king, 2 queen, & a two-twin trundle bed. The split floor plan optimizes privacy with a standard 20x20, two care garage. There's a screened in patio area in the backyard to enjoy your coffee in the morning or grill out in the evenings. The master bathroom includes a jacuzzi-style tub with separate shower, while the guest bathroom has a shower/tub combination.

Guest Access:
You’ll receive a personalized digital code at check-in to access the home. Check-in time is 4 PM, and if early check-in is approved, you’ll be able to arrive as early as 1 PM. The STR has a Schlage door lock. To enter, simply enter your code and turn the knob to open the door. When leaving, press the Schlage button at the top and turn the knob to lock it. There’s also a lockbox on-site—if needed, we can provide you with the code for backup access.

The Neighborhood:
Location, location, location. Elliotts Point is a much desired place to live. Very safe, family-friendly neighborhood with 15 public schools in the city. The city of Fort Walton Beach has a strong military community with more than 6 military bases, camps and airfields in the immediate area. All of your favorite restaurants, is right down the street. Jet Drive Park is 100 meters away from the front door and includes a playground, open field, pickle ball and basketball courts.

Getting Around:
Getting around Fort Walton Beach is relatively easy, though public transportation options are somewhat limited. For the most convenience and flexibility, driving is the best way to explore the area. Rideshare services like Uber and Lyft are readily available and offer a reliable way to reach nearby destinations such as Downtown Fort Walton Beach, Okaloosa Island, and the surrounding attractions. Biking is also an option for shorter trips, and many roads in the area are bike-friendly. If you're planning to explore beyond the city or travel on your own schedule, a personal vehicle or rental car is highly recommended.

Other Things to Note:
The booking guest will be required to complete and sign the Ronin Stays Rental Agreement prior to receiving check-in instructions. Check-in instructions will not be sent to the guests without the agreement executed.

Boat House has one 2-lane driveway that can accommodate 4 large vehicles to include the average-sized truck/trailer with boat. Be mindful of the neighbors. No parking on the roads as your vehicle will get towed. Be sure to pay attention to signs.

We’re happy to welcome your furry companions—all breeds, shapes, and sizes are accepted, with a maximum of 4 pets per reservation. Our standard one-time pet fee is:
- $75 for up to 2 pets
- $150 for up to 4 pets

This fee covers your entire stay and includes basic pet cleaning. All pets must be house trained, non-aggressive, and up to date on vaccinations.

To help maintain the home, we kindly ask that you crate your pets when left unattended. Please note that the pet fee covers standard cleaning; any excessive cleaning—such as indoor accidents, excessive pet hair on furniture, or damage—will result in additional charges.

There are no cameras inside the house. These cameras are installed solely to help protect our guests and the property.

Please note: The nightly rate includes up to 5 guests. For groups larger than 5 (up to a maximum of 8 guests), there is an additional charge of $25 per guest, per night. This helps cover the extra utilities, cleaning, and general wear and tear. Thank you for your understanding and for helping us keep the Boat House in great shape for everyone!

Interaction with Guests:
For the most efficient response, please communicate with the Ronin Stays Team directly through your booking platform’s (Airbnb, VRBO, Booking.com, and etc) messaging system. If you booked through our website, email is the best way to reach us. Our team actively monitors messages 24/7 to ensure timely support.

Please note that while our team is responsive after hours, some services may be limited during that time. We typically do not engage in direct guest interaction unless it is an urgent or emergency situation.

All of our Short-Term Rentals are self check-in to ensure a smooth arrival and to respect your privacy. Rest assured, detailed instructions and everything you need for check-in will be provided in advance.
