Award Winning Support

Our family had some last minute travel changes beyond our control and these people were very understanding and worked with us to support our family on very short notice. In fact they went above and beyond what would have been expected when we need to change our plans...at the very last minute. Thank you so much, your flat is gorgeous and so are YOU!

Amazing Condo and view

We were a party of four and found the condo to be very comfortable. Had everything we needed for our 10 day stay. The grounds and pool were well maintained and everyone was extremely friendly. We would definitely consider returning to this property.

Exactly as the pictures show and then some.

How could you not enjoy this fabulous 2 bedroom penthouse! The views, privacy and living space were truly spectacular. Everything is perfectly kept and beds were very comfortable. Condo pools and all facilities were very clean and the people so nice. Having your own plunge pool and 2 outdoor showers is worth the upgrade. The 'host' (Lee) is genuine with great attention to detail (loved talking with you Lee). When we travel, our desires are primarily to enjoy the area. ZIH is very safe and welcoming. You can walk everywhere or take local transportation without concern. Restaurants are everywhere, for any budget and the food is so fresh. It is awesome to find a place that doesn't have towering resorts lining the beautiful beach. The people are helpful, friendly and truly a good reason to return as you feel a part of their community. LOVE ZIH and this condo!

Not great

The place wasn't that clean, we had black feet. The bathroom off the second bedroom can get really stinky. Location was great

Betty Jo, first of all, thank you for choosing La Casa Vista Bahia for your stay in Zihuatanejo. The owners and I are disappointed that your experience was not as enjoyable as we expected it be. I was not made aware of the odor issue by the maid, who cleans twice per week, and I apologize for the inconvenience. This has not happened before. Both building management and the manager on site are presently looking into the cause of this issue. Please be assured that the issue will be taken care of, to be certain it does not happen again. We do hope you continue to vacation in beautiful Zihuatanejo, and we would love to have you as a guest again in the future. It is our intention to make up for the inconvenience during your next stay. Zihua Condo

I stayed a month in this wonderful condo. It is beautiful, in great condition, and was well managed. The kitchen had great equipment and it was really convenient to have a washer/dryer in the unit. I liked being a little removed from the beach and tourists - getting cabs was very easy and inexpensive. It was a wonderful experience and I plan to come back many times. The review by Chris gives a lot of details and is accurate.

Beautiful Condo. Great Price

We rented the penthouse condo for our honeymoon in Zihuatanejo from 03/31 - 04/4. The condominium has impeccable views and is quite modern. The unit was very clean. It is HUGE. It has 2 large bedrooms upstairs with their own bathrooms. The showers are outside on the top floor - you have the best views of the ocean while showering! The kitchen has granite countertops and the unit comes with Cuisinart appliances (we appreciated the self-grind/coffee maker and the toaster). The bad? Not much. I had to research online how to use the mircrowave and oven as they are not American products and it was confusing. (Note, they arent in Spanish either, but they have different symbols than one would expect). The owner should tell you how to operate the jacuzzi/infiniti pool. It is also not clear. The same can be said for the garbage disposal. Instructions on how to use the satellite TV would have also been appreciated. It would be nice to also know security's number or have a way to talk to them so they could call you a taxi. However, we were able to walk down and ask as well. Having said that, those were minor issues. Overall, we loved the unit. I would recommend it. The owner has a housekeeper that came every day. She was awesome.

Beautiful Home

Awesome condo with outstanding view of the bay and Playa La Ropa. 5 minute walk to the beach, easy taxi ride to numerous restaurants and places of interest. The condo is very spacious, clean and has all the amenities you could hope for. Property manager wasn't around but this was not an issue, maid service several times during the week and plenty of friendly owners if you have any questions etc. Would most certainly return and rent this one again!
