Unwind in Babcock Ranch at this lovely home. With 2 bedrooms, 1 flex room, including 1 king bed and 1 queen bed, this amazing property provides a wonderful space for guests to relax and recharge. The house features excellent amenities including water view, gated community with a community pool, fire pit. Additionally, there is an additional space with an office and a sofa bed, perfect for those who need to work or accommodate extra guests. This home also feature a 2 car garage and a 300 sq ft covered Lanai with an outdoor kitchen. This year we purchased a street legal golf cart for your use during your stay. Babcock Ranch is a fully accessible golf cart community so it only makes sense to have one. We hope you enjoy what our place and what Babcock Ranch has to offer.

The home was very clean and welcoming. The lanai and use of the outdoor grill enhanced our stay. The host was responsive. Enjoyed our stay here at Babcock Ranch and hope to visit again!

My stay was absolutely wonderful! The home was new, spotless, tastefully decorated, and was stocked with all the items needed for a comfortable stay. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful and Babcock Ranch has a host of parks, restaurants and activities.Richard was incredibly kind and responsive, providing clear instructions for check-in and even offering great local tips (such as the Babcock Ranch eco tour).I would highly recommend this home to anyone visiting the Punta Gorda area.

The hosts were fantastic from start to finish. They were very gracious and readily available throughout the entire process. They prepared a very detailed booklet that provided instructions and answered every question a renter could have, not only about the home, but about Babcock Ranch as well. The home was beautifully decorated and every room was spotless. Everything you could need was supplied. The kitchen, bedrooms, and bathrooms were completely outfitted with what one would see in a home that was occupied year round. The golf cart and outdoor kitchen were added amenities that we thoroughly enjoyed. I have rented many VRBO properties . . . there is no doubt that this one was the best by far. You will be glad you stayed here, I was!!

Stay in Babcock Ranch

Nice furnishings and well-appointed with what you need. Very clean and welcoming home at the end of the street. Quiet and gated neighborhood and everyone in the neighborhood seemed very nice. Close to Founders square with nice walking trails. We like to cook so we used all the appliances including the BBQ and everything was perfect. If there was any constructive feedback it would be to include a hair dryer for the girls. Thanks to Richard, for the easy check in and quick responses to the couple questions we had during our stay. Cheers!

We wanted to share that experience with others that are looking to " get away" in the long cold months and enjoy SW Fl. and all it has to offer.

Babcock ranch is a planned community away form all the traffic and hassles that come with some overcrowed SW FL areas, but close enough to enjoy the Beaches on the Golf.
Babcock Ranch is the first fully solar powered city in the US. Taking a almost direct hit from Huricane Ian, we never lost power and survived with minimum damage.

Edgewater guest house is a 2 bedroom 2 bath. Very comfortable for a snowbird couple that wants to invite friends or family to stay with them as they enjoy Babcock Ranch.
Edgewater is a community of 166 single family homes within Babcock Ranch, gated with its own pool( never have to save a pool chair) and ammenities. We set this house up as if we were the ones renting it. Highlights include outdoor kitchen, water view, 2 car garage, well landscaped yard.
