Beautiful setting with well-decorated condo. Parking and amenities excellent, Enjoyed being in Babcock Ranch. Host easy to communicate with. Sign- in and sign-out easy.

Nice new building. Amenities are still under construction so no pool, jacuzzi, etc. lots of mosquitoes and little black bugs - and no maintenance staff to ckaa we an them from the aisle ways.

We had a great stay at Rosemary’s in Webbs Reserve! Everything was perfect. Great location in BR and a beautiful view of the golf course. Beds were VERY comfortable and we had everything we needed. Don’t miss sunrise! We hope to stay again! Rosemary was an excellent host! Thank you!

The condo was very clean and well equipped. The view over the golf course was very nice and the activities in the community keeps you busy especially on the weekend beginning on Friday night (free concerts, food trucks and more).

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home in Webb's Reserve at Babcock Ranch from July 2–5! Check-in was seamless thanks to our host Rosemary, who made the whole process quick and easy. The home itself was spotless — you could tell it's cared for with real attention to detail. The location was incredibly convenient, putting us close to everything Babcock Ranch has to offer, including the fantastic Fourth of July festivities and the spectacular drone show. We enjoyed great food and desserts around the community. My wife Dawn, our dog Pepper, and I all had a fantastic time, and we'd love to stay here again on our next visit.

Thankful for great hospitality from the host. This place was perfect to experience this special community. New, quiet, clean and very safe. It had everything that we needed. The golf course was beautiful to wake up to every morning and it still felt private. We also enjoyed the condo’s pool and covered parking space. Thanks again!

The unit was nicer than described, everything was perfect for our visit to Babcock Ranch. The home was very clean, and seemed almost new. Our host Rosemary was very receptive to our communications and was a pleasure to deal with. Your visit to her unit will be one less thing to worry about in your planning. The home is in a quiet location right up alongside one of the holes of the adjacent golf course, beautiful views of the hole, the driving range and pro shop/clubhouse area.

Condo was just beautiful. Stunning view of the golf course and lake from the 4th floor. The place was clean, parking was a breeze and the beds and living areas had quality comfortable furniture, bedding and sheets. It was very quiet day and night. We were visiting family so did not take advantage of the facilities but the clay tennis courts are beautiful as are the bocce, golf and Pickleball courts. Rosemary was readily available to answer our questions. Highly recommend!

We could not have been happier with this rental. It was so clean and had everything we needed. The house was decorated beautiful, comfortable beds.. Couldn’t ask for anything better.Communication with host was above and beyond. Will definitely stay here again.
