The open floor plan is a perfect layout for entertaining families or an adult vacation retreat. Fully-stocked gourmet kitchen features professional stainless appliances, granite counter tops throughout the unit. Enjoy dining in the adjacent dining area or dinner and drinks on the private balcony with water views and gentle breezes.

The beautiful furnishings and 60' flat screen TV in the family room, as well as a flat screen TV in each bedroom will make you feel pampered. This home-away-from-home is completely family-friendly. Full size washer & dryer in unit for your convenience.

-Huge King Master bedroom has a flat screen TV, walk-in closet, large master bath with jacuzzi tub and walk-in, glassed shower, as well as double sinks.
-Guest bedroom has King Bed with private bathroom, large walk-in closet and a flatscreen TV. -Third bedroom features two full-size beds and spacious closet a flatscreen TV with a gaming cable attached. There is a full guest bath with shower just off the hall for convenience.

My family enjoyed our stay. Plenty to do within walking distance, beach is only short walk. No car needed, The beach chairs in locker were amazing bonus.

Stayed for three weeks. Location perfect, close to beach and nice pool. Family had a great time. Traffic very busy as was spring break. Mary very helpful.

This condo exceeded our expectations. It is just as nice as in the pictures. Very clean and well kept. Kitchen is very well stocked; even the knives were sharp! Easy access to the beach and the Pinellas bike trail.Mary was a great communicator and very responsive.We would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic place to relax with your family

This is a fantastic location and the layout that sits right on the bay and is only steps from the beach. Easy walks to all kinds of great restaurants and numerous activities. Highly recommend and Kevin is a phenomenal host!

We Enjoyed your Clean, Beautifully decorated Condo. Walking distance to Everything. We parked our car & never had to drive anywhere. We love a nice full sun pool. This condo pool doesn’t get ANY SUN. It’s a North Facing full Shade Pool. Lovely place & Really Enjoyed our Stay.

Lovely property and the owner is very responsive in all communications prior and after our stay. This was our second time staying at this property and we would definitley stay here again in the future.

Beautiful condo and beautiful area

The condo was very nice, clean and well located. Our family enjoyed being able to walk to restaurants and attractions. There was plenty of space for us for all of us. It was nice to have beach chairs and accessories already there.

Great stay

We enjoyed our stay very much. The condo is obviously very heavily used as much of the furniture and carpets are quite worn. The condo is in a very good area and accessible to the beach and amenities.

Spacious and comfortable.

Picture’s don’t do it justice. So spacious & comfortable. Within short walking distance to many restaurants & the beach. Pool area was always clean and enjoyable. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Everything was absolutely fantastic. The photos do not do this property justice. It is much bigger and more nicely furnished than I expected. Location is excellent, comes with everything you need and more for a great time at the beach. Loved it!

Fantastic condo, close to everything!

This was a great condo, with plenty of space for our family of 6. Very clean and well stocked with towels, and kitchen supplies. A short walk to the beach and pier. Our kids loved the beach toys, and we got plenty of use out of the beach chairs provided. We would definitely book again!

Great condo

Large condo close to the beach. Everything is really thought out and helpful. Everything is labeled in the kitchen and the outdoor storage closet has everything you need for beach. Definitely recommend this condo!
