We have been coming to this property for years and have made the absolute best memories here! The house offers plenty of space, and everyone in our group was incredibly happy and comfortable. The location is unbeatable it's super close to the beach, and the pier and nightlife are all within easy walking distance. Having a very clean and convenient park directly across the street was also a huge plus for us along with the roof top hot tub! We have absolutely no complaints and can't wait to come back.

The kitchen was the heart of the home! Very open. Enjoyed having the elevator with 5 floors. You get to wake up with the sun coming up over the bay and you get to watch the sun set over the gulf. It was incredible!

We had a phenomenal stay here. Perfect location for beach access and near some cute local spots. Spaces were clean and there was plenty of room for 7 of us. Really loved the garage area and beach items available to use as we went to the beach every day of our stay. The rooftop is gorgeous although we didn’t take advantage of the space. Would definitely stay here again.

Simply wonderful! Ocean views lovely from top level and so fun to gather there. The hot tub and couch and chairs made it great for gathering, stargazing, and meals. The home was comfortable and cozy and plenty of space for the 7 of us. Beach is short easy walk away. Perfect for our Bachelorette and for family trips. Highly recommend!

Property was great with so many great amenities. Great distance to beach and other area locations. We really enjoyed the roof top deck with a very nice clean grill to have a dinner in. They had everything you need for a beach stay!!

Amazing

My family spent the week of July 4th here. The host was very accommodating and easy to contact. The property is in a great location with the most spectacular views. I definitely give 5 stars, and will be planning to stay again in the future.

8 of us had a fantastic stay at this house mid-March 2025. The location and views are incredible, we parked and didn't have to drive anywhere. Lots of space for everyone. Communication with owner was timely and helpful. Very impressed, would stay again!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this Clearwater Beach apartment. The place was very well stocked with everything we could possibly need, which made our stay comfortable and stress-free. The apartment was clean, spacious, and thoughtfully set up, clearly showing great attention to detail.The location was perfect—just steps from the beach and close to restaurants, shops, and attractions, yet still quiet and relaxing. Everything worked perfectly, from the kitchen appliances to the Wi-Fi, and the overall atmosphere felt welcoming and homey.This apartment truly exceeded our expectations, and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing and convenient Clearwater Beach getaway!

Great location, awesome views

We had a family celebration and the layout of the house made it easy to get private time, or party with everyone on the top deck! So convenient to everything in Clearwater Beach we walked to all activities every day and night.

Girls weekend

This was the perfect location and a truly unique house. Lots of space and worked well for our group. I would absolutely stay here again in the future. We were so close to the beach and walking distance to many restaurants and bars. Big thanks to George for a very special weekend with friends!!

Great beach getaway

My friends and I had a great weekend in Clearwater. The place was clean and exactly as described. The host was very helpful and communicative. The area is great. Good local bars and restaurants. We also really enjoyed a day trip to St. Pete.
