Welcome to your 2,000 sqft city escape. Enjoy a bright, airy, two-story condo nestled right between two of Philly’s most vibrant neighborhoods: Northern Liberties and Fishtown.
Inside, you’ll find an open-concept chef’s kitchen, cozy living room, and two large bedrooms. Outside, you're just steps away from great food and entertainment: The Fillmore, Rivers Casino, and amazing restaurants.

Stay cool with central AC!
There two flights of stairs upon entry which leads you to the condo.
On the first floor you will find:
- 2 Large Bedrooms
- 2 Full Bathrooms
- Washer/Dryer that you are welcome to use
This leads to the second floor of the condo where you will find:
- Modern, open floorplan
- Fully-stocked chef's kitchen with a large island
- Half bathroom
- Dining room
- Spacious and cozy living room, with flat-screen TV and comfortable sectional couch
- A lovely Juliet balcony off of the living room
Enjoy all the amenities the condo has to offer, including complimentary coffee and toiletries.
Rest easy knowing that I have taken extra precautions to ensure the space is thoroughly cleaned/sanitized after each stay and equipped with everything you need during your stay.
Things to note:
**Stairs**
The condo is located on the second floor. There are two flights of stairs to get into the condo (see "Additional Photos" for a picture)!
**Noise**
The condo is located right next to the train and highway, so you’ll hear some noise during your stay. I like to think of it as urban ocean sounds ;)
For your comfort, there are sound machines and blackout blinds in both bedrooms. Light sleepers, take note: if total quiet is a must, this may not be the best place for you to stay.
**Parking**
There isn’t a dedicated parking spot for the condo, but street parking is available on all nearby blocks. I live in the area myself, and while it can sometimes take a few extra minutes, I’m always able to find a spot! If you run into any trouble or want tips on where to look, feel free to reach out and I'd be happy to help.
Additional Rules and Policies:
Before booking, I kindly request that guests review and agree with my house rules, which include the following:
1. Smoking: smoking of any kind (cigarette, vaping, cannabis, etc.) inside the property is strictly prohibited. There is a minimum $250 fee for smoking violations, to address the additional cleaning it requires to remove the smell.
2. Parties: parties, events, and gatherings of any kind are not permitted at the property. Noise complaints from neighbors and excessive number of people entering and leaving the property, among other things, will lead to a warning followed by a swift cancellation of the reservation with no refund and may incur a minimum of $300 fee for additional cleaning.
3. Guests: only guests indicated on the reservation (up to a maximum of 7 as per the listing) are permitted at the property. Special situations (e.g. a local friend stopping by) must be communicated with me in advance and those additional guests must vacate the property in time for quiet hours (starting at 10pm). Failure to communicate the presence of guests (beyond what is stated in your reservation) will result in a fine of up to $150 per additional guest.
4. Noise: the property is located on a family-oriented, residential street. Please respect the neighbors by keeping noise levels reasonable at all times. Quiet hours (between 10pm - 8am) must be adhered to by keeping noise levels to a minimum.
5. Guests take full responsibility for loss, injury, or damages that occur on the premises.
6. Booking a reservation constitutes an agreement to comply with the House Rules. Guests who violate these rules are liable for any associated damages, fees, costs, or expenses and may be removed from the property.
