We spent one night here when we were traveling home from our Florida vacation. This house is so charming. We really enjoyed sitting on the back deck & making S’mores at the fire pit. Tracy was very helpful, making sure we knew how to get into the property & letting us know that she would be available if we needed anything. Thank you so much for your hospitality Tracy! :)

The hosts were so communicative and very helpful. The property was just as described. The back yard was perfect for my fur babies! The property was very clean and comfy and very quite. Would definitely recommend.

This was one of the best homes we've rented. Loved the fenced yard and lake view. Very clean.Would rent this place again as I am from Macon and was visiting family.

very clean and well equipped. we stayed on our way from Illinois to south florida. for only a few dollars extra compared to a hotel you get privacy, plenty of room, beautiful back deck/yard and cleanliness. this host hits it out of the park with bost customer service and quality properties.

This was a wonderful and relaxing stop on our journey north from Florida to Michigan! Our dog enjoyed the backyard and we loved sitting out on the back deck! The home was meticulous! We will be back!

Loved our stay in Macon!

This was a perfect spot for our family to stay for our daughter’s Mercer Law School Graduation! We had enough room for the grand parents and the dogs! The house had everything we needed. Having a beautiful backyard and lake at the back of the property was so nice and relaxing! We were close enough to the law school and Mercer campus for all the activities! Thanks for the great communication as well!

We enjoyed our stay at Lakeview Retreat. The location was great for us. There were restaurants and grocery stores, etc. nearby, yet with the great outdoor space (beautiful deck and back yard with fire pit area) overlooking the water it seemed like we were away from crowds when at the house.The kitchen is beautiful and was well equipped. There were more cooking pots, pans, etc. then we often find in other rentals. The listing doesn't detail out everything but the kitchen had a blender, which we loved for morning smoothies. We even found a slow cooker in one of the cabinets partway thru the trip which came in handy for us. We also found an assortment of sheet pans, cutting board, knife set in block, colanders, large bowls, etc.There are a good amount of windows in the back which made it easy to enjoy the view of the water even from inside.Note the beds in two of the rooms are firm which worked out great for us because they were to our liking.Host was responsive to an issue we had and resolved it quickly and to our satisfaction. We appreciate being able to enjoy this home for our visit to Macon.
