Typical old Mallorcan style country house, recently restored, Villa Sa Corterada offers you the possibility to enjoy family or group vacations in a peaceful atmosphere in the northern part of Mallorca. Near Inca, it is well communicated with all the major places in Mallorca, especially with Alcudia and Pollença Bays. The proximity to a cycling route makes it perfect for bike lovers. A cosy Villa with a large and sunny living room, a fully equipped kitchen, laundry, lounge with a gorgeous Mallorcan stair, four large double rooms and three bathrooms. On the second floor there are 3 spacious double rooms and a large bathroom. All the bedrooms have beautiful views and a lot of light. One of them has its own terrace. On the ground floor there's a double room with a large and sunny living room, kitchen, bathroom and laundry. The Villa has parking and a spacious and sunny terrace with a pool and sun bathing area, allows you to take in the spectacular views of the 'Serra de Tramuntana'.

I stayed at the property in July/August 2026 with my family and three grandchildren. Toni provided clear directions and check in details beforehand and the process was seamless and simple upon arrival. Toni made contact the same day to ensure we were ok and came to the property every two or three days to check we had everything we needed. We also communicated by WhatsApp. The property is in a peaceful location with spectacular views and there are several top restaurants in the area of Selva, the town of Inca is just a short drive away.

We recently stayed at Toni's beautiful home in Selva and can highly recommend it as an option for larger groups. As a party of eight - two families with older children - we really appreciated the large living spaces, comfortable bedrooms, stunning mountain views and well-maintained pool - ideal during the warmer summer months. Also ideal was the large and well-shaded outdoor dining area, giving us the opportunity to comfortably eat every meal outside, even when the temperatures reached the mid-30s. As a host, we found Toni to be attentive, helpful and friendly. He ensured that check-in was simple and left very straightforward information about the house, making it easy to feel at home. Any questions that we had were answered promptly, and check-out was also a breeze. We'd certainly book with Toni in future if we're ever returning to Mallorca and can wholeheartedly recommend a stay at SA Corterada!

Very pleasant stay, proper house for 2 families. 30 minutes to the beach, Supermarket within 10 minutes. Bring your bicycle, as you are close to the mountains.

Our stay at sa corterada was absolutely stunning. The scenery was gorgeous and Toni was brilliant when in need. We found the roads around the area very tight at times so be aware if you’re renting a bigger car. However overall we really enjoyed our time and would happily stay again!

Lovely spot

Very quiet peaceful spot with great views of mountains and only a short walk into Selva for bread or meals. Very narrow streets in Selva for driving so you might want to suss out your route on foot first or head in and out via Caimari.

Our stay at Sa Corterada

Our family of seven adults had a wonderful time in Sa Corterada. A wonderful finca with plenty of space and a well-equipped kitchen. Lovely to enjoy meals under the sun sail. And we spent many lovely moments by the pool. We appreciated the rural location with wonderful nature and proximity to picturesque Selva where we visited several nice restaurants. A fantastic week, we will be happy to return.

Sunny break

Thanks very Toni for the use of the villa. The area was just what we were after, rural Mallorca but close enought to restaurants and villages. We didnt realise it was such spectacular scenery and close to some of best bike riding in europe so that was a bonus. Heat wave made things a bit tough so pool was a saviour.

Fantastic villa in a peaceful location

The villa is located 15 minutes walk from Selva, so in a very peaceful location. The property is spacious and was large enough for our group of 10. The pool is fantastic and was cleaned regularly by Toni during our stay. The villa has everything you need and Toni is a wonderful host. (A car would probably be helpful for shopping and day trips, instead of relying on taxis and buses). We would love to return to Sa Corterada!

Great value for money!

We had a great time! The interior is not fabulous, but totally fine. The outside is stunning with a nice pool, fantastic views of the mountains and a village close by and a big table for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Communication with the very friendly host Toni was outstanding. We were a group of 8 and had plenty of space and equipment. Totally recommend!

Beautiful traditional villa.

The villa was typical of the area. Very spacious. Wi-Fi very speedy. We had a great stay. Pool was great and serviced several times. Weather was hot and humid no air con or fans on ceilings. We had standing fans, difficult to sleep with the noise. We had to keep the shutters closed at night as the mosquitoes were troublesome. It was a 10-15 min walk into selva which was lovely. Local bakery great.

Silent happy place

we stayed 12 days in this lovely quiet area and spacious villa with lovely pool overlooking the village of Caimari and at the foot of the mountains. the area is surrounded by olive and almond trees. The sheep walk around softly with their bells jingling. In short: a lovely place. The owner, Tony, is incredibly nice and was there for us at any time and wanted to do everything for us. Really fantastic! We had a great time. Thank you again Tony for your hospitality & kindness. wonderful time. Many thanks Tony & Esther!!!

Pleasant Surprise !

Very happy with villa, pleasant surprise & more picturesque than expected. Villa met all of our needs & owner has done great job restoring & extending property. The halls & staircase particularly lend to feeling of luxury & openness. All Bedrooms are good size & spread out well within property. Outdoor area is finished nicely with mixture of well finished paving & fine gravel, pool is clean & adequately sized, with good sun loungers. Nice large canopy covering tasteful large 8 place outdoor table (this large canopy now replaces Palm Tree that was visible in photos, but provides great shade & looks really well). Additional seating area is also nice touch, located on raised area further away. Giving outdoor area a nice balance of tidy, tastefully decorated with touch of bohemian vibe. Great view looking towards Selva nestled at foothills of mountains. Selva easily walkable. Toni the owner is very pleasant, eager & readily available to help with anything...Thanks Toni Just a note: there are a number of roads/routes to the property & to Selva ; ensure you get Toni's advice on these as some are much more easy to drive than others.

Beautiful private location

The house more than met our needs. We used it as a base for 6 cyclists, for which it is perfectly located. There is loads of space both inside and outside and the house could easily accommodate more guests. The facilities at the house were perfectly adequate for our needs and everything was clean and tidy on our arrival. We met the owner on our first day as our coach driver couldn't find the property (Google maps locates it perfectly). Toni was friendly and helpful and even stayed a while to clean the pool and make sure we had everything. The only negative about the house was the shower in the main bathroom (a fast dribble is more accurate) and we struggled to figure out the hot water. We never asked Toni for help so likely that we didn't understand the system as only random showers were cold. Located on the outskirts of Selva means a 5 minute walk to the town, some uphill. The town is a maze of narrow streets but small enough to figure it out quickly. Shops etc are limited bit then Inca is only a short drive away. Would be more than happy to come back and stay here again, hopefully next year.

Agradezco que se haya tomado el tiempo de compartir sus comentarios, ya que su opinión es muy valiosa para nosotros y nos ayuda a mejorar. Nos entristece especialmente saber que su experiencia fue tan negativa, ya que nos esforzamos por ofrecer un alojamiento cómodo y de alta calidad a todos nuestros huéspedes. Por este motivo, su reseña contrasta notablemente con el resto de comentarios que recibimos. Respecto a las almohadas y colchones nos disculpamos por cualquier incomodidad y, aunque no hemos recibido ninguna otra reseña negativa, ya hemos reemplazado estos artículos para garantizar el confort de futuros huéspedes. En cuanto al mobiliario, aunque nosotros no hemos detectado ningún olor ni tampoco ninguno de los demás huéspedes nos ha manifestado ningún olor ni incomodidad, también hemos renovado mobiliario para mejorar la comodidad y estancia de nuestros huéspedes. En lo referente al baño y la bañera, lamentamos que no estuvieran a su gusto. Aunque nuestras instalaciones han pasado satisfactoriamente las inspecciones de todos nuestros demás huéspedes, reconocemos que una reforma podría mejorar aún más la experiencia. Tomamos nota de su sugerencia para futuras mejoras. Cuando nos contactó durante su estancia, le facilité de inmediato todos los extras que me solicitó. Lamento que no nos informara de estos inconvenientes en aquel momento. Habríamos hecho todo lo posible por solucionarlos de inmediato. A pesar de todo, le pido disculpas de nuevo por las molestias. Esperamos que, a pesar de esta experiencia negativa, nos dé otra oportunidad en el futuro para demostrarle el alto nivel de calidad que nos caracteriza. Un saludo!
