We have been married for 27 years and have two wonderful daughters.
We are thankful to God that we have two beautiful places to offer on Airbnb…In Lake Arrowhead and Club Marena in Rosarito Beach!

We love the peaceful serenity and beauty of Lake Arrowhead with all it's quaint, family atmosphere, sun (320 days a year!) and fun!
We fell in love with this house right away and we hope you enjoy it!
The beach house is a condo directly overlooking a private beach/bay known as K-38, one of the best surf spots in all of Baja. This is truly paradise in the sun!

Should you book with us, we promise to do our best to make sure you have a wonderful stay. We are very accessible if you have any questions or needs.

SCOTT: Lived in Southern CA my entire life but have been blessed to travel much to various places around the world. I have produced commercial works of art and Lupy and I own a Christian bookstore & distribution company.
I love to study the Bible and to talk about it with others (even if they don't agree with me!), Disney, sports and am a San Diego Padres fan for life.
Mostly I love my God and family and spending time with them!

LUPY: Grew up in Peru and went to University in Lima and later CA.
I work with my husband in the family business, love the LORD, being a mom,
going on trips (especially Israel!), walks by the lake (Arrowhead of course!) and just spending quality time talking with my hubby and girls.
Spanish is my first language. I will always have a heart for Peruvian food and culture.
I love interior design and hope that you enjoy the way that we try to make the homes comfortable and very enjoyable for you.

Club Marena is the SAFEST spot w/24 hr gated security & peaceful, lush grounds w/views everywhere.
It is NOT a loud party place like all the others in Rosarito, but a beautiful place to create family memories or have the most romantic getaway!

We visited CLUB MARENA and immediately fell in love with it where! We knew we had to own here- It is a slice of heaven! (We like it so much we bought the unit DIRECTLY NEXT DOOR which we also rent!)

The condo is CLEAN & very roomy and open and directly overlooks a private beach/bay known as K-38, one of the best surf spots in Baja. Truly paradise in the sun!

NO es un lugar de fiesta ruidoso como todos los demás en Rosarito, sino un hermoso lugar para crear recuerdos familiares o tener la escapada más romántica.

El condominio es muy espacioso y abierto y tiene vista directa a una playa/bahía privada conocida como K-38, uno de los mejores lugares para surfear en toda Baja California. ¡Esto es verdaderamente un paraíso bajo el sol!
