Sweeping Ocean and Surf View, Closest to Beach, Best Floor plan, New Kitchen!!

Welcome to Casa de Playa! The perfect beach/surf house to enjoy the magic of Las Gaviotas.

Check out the waves while enjoying coffee on the deck with one of the best surf views in Las Gaviotas, then grab your board and paddle out within a minute walk! Our house is conveniently located just steps from the beach, only behind the first row of homes and directly across from the walkway down to the beach. It’s one of the closest houses to the beach and very private with one of the best unobstructed views in the community.

Two Master suites with queen bed (one downstairs and one upstairs), a third bedroom upstairs with two twin beds with full bathroom, and the open layout in the living/kitchen area will help make your stay enjoyable.
As a bonus, there’s also a rooftop terrace/surf look-out spot in addition to the main level patio and lower-level patio.

The house has a new kitchen with granite countertop, a full-size Samsung refrigerator, a 6-burner GE stove, new GE Profile dishwasher and everything you can need to make it your home. The patio has a Weber gas BBQ grill and a Chimenea (Mexican fire pit)

Amenities include a full array of kitchenware, coffee maker, BBQ grill (gas), TV with cable, Blu-ray/DVD player, outdoor “chimenea”, WiFi, beach chairs, boogie boards and a soft top surfboard for your use.

You’ll fall in love with the charm of Las Gaviotas, with its cobblestone streets, the private oceanfront boardwalk, oceanfront pool, jacuzzi, shuffleboard court, tennis/pickleball court, etc. You’ll also feel very safe from the moment you arrive, knowing that the community has a team of 15 security guards patrolling the complex 24/7.

Thank you for reading and please don't ask if you can bring more than 6 people since no exceptions will be made (seriously). No outside guests are allowed. HOA sets the rules and they enforce it.
Unfortunately, no pets are allowed by HOA even if they are service dogs, remember this is México so US law does not apply.. Calendar is always up to date so please refer to it for availability. Two cars are allowed.

We had a wonderful stay! We visited Valle de Guadalupe during our time in Rosarito. The communication from our host was perfect, and they were always available to help if needed. The property features an excellent view, and our favorite part was spending the day relaxing by the pool with tacos and beverages. I have been going to Las Gaviotas for 3 years straight and this has to be my worst stay. I took my baby and 2 kids bought groceries to cook and there was no gas to cook so I had too throw away almost everything. Also there was no AC only two small fans and it’s was soo hot. Poor maintenance in that house definitely unsatisfied.

Great location for a golf/surf trip. Couple minute walk to the surf spot and great amenities. Jon was accommodating to our early check in request, making our trip go perfectly as planned.

Was exactly as advertised. Great location close to the private beach, awesome views, and a nice home setup with updated kitchen. The neighborhood is great, check-in/out was simple, hit lots of great local food spots including Puerto Nuevo and Valle de Guadalupe. Highly recommend!

First, why Las Gaviotas? After visiting a number of different communities in northern Baja we realized that there's no match to what Las Gaviotas has to offer. The safest, the cleanest and most well kept, the most resort-like amenities, private coastline and beach (Gaviotas has the concession to the coastline), excellent surf and mostimportantly, the Vibe of the people here is amazing. Now, why this house? closest to the beach and surf, cleanest and simple, airy and bright, very comfortable and well equipped, private, amazing views, cozy and inviting layout, plenty of space for everyone.

Qué distingue a esta propiedad

Clean and airy like no other rental in Las Gaviotas, closest access to the beach, very private since we don't have a house directly in front of us, two master suites plus a third bedroom with its own bathroom, perfect for a family. Upgraded and well maintained and an electronic keypad instead of a key for everyone's convenience. Did I mention the view? We enjoy one of the best unobstructed views in the complex.
Recent updates: Brand New Kitchen! Super hot tankless water heater, etc. just to mention a few.
