Loved this place! We stayed for two nights and wanted to be close to downtown Provo. Perfect location! Smith's grocery store is within walking distance along with other restaurants and landmarks. We would love to stay here again!

This place was amazing! Super clean and had everything we needed, plenty of space. Having access to the garage to be able to park in there was perfect.

The stay was amazing. This host communicated and answered questions in a timely manner. It was great for the 5 of us that stayed there. Convenient location to the grocery store and convention center. I would definitely stay there again. Almost wished I was there on vacation and not a work trip!

This is a very nice townhome close to downtown Provo. The arcade games and ping pong were a big hit with my kids. We also loved that there is a charger in the garage for our Rivian.Just be extra aware if you have visitors park in the Smith's parking lot that there are several stalls that will earn you a ticket if you're not paying attention to where you park.

This was the second time we’ve stayed here and we love it! It’s the perfect place for our family and it has everything we need. We are very comfortable here and love having a nice kitchen where we can prepare and eat our meals.

Great place with a lot of space. The kitchen is large & has everything you need and great for family dinners. We had a fantastic stay and really appreciated the decorated Christmas tree that was provided upon arrival. Would definitely recommend and would stay there again. Mahalo

We celebrated Independence Day with family! The accommodations were perfect, comfortable beds enough space, working kitchen, comfortable sofa. Would definitely stay again.

Clean, well stocked, modern, and quiet place to stay. It's a 3 story townhome across the street from Smith, and a great gelato shop. Close to BYU and Provo City Center temple. We loved our stay!

We stayed here for a week in April 2026 and absolutely loved it. I was extremely impressed with this townhouse. It was large and spacious, nicely decorated, and felt very upscale. Having your own garage to park in was super convenient, and the location was great, in the middle of Provo, close to the temple, and right across the street from Smith's grocery store. The kitchen was extensively supplied with every possible implement, plus you have a full-size washer and dryer, so you can live comfortably just like in your own home. I wish we had stayed longer.

Great property. Clean, nicely kept. Convenient location to a lot of things - grocery store, restaurants, etc. Check-in process was easy. Would stay again.
