The perfect spot in Orem

What an amazing home! We loved staying at this centrally located, very well appointed and CLEAN home. We had a busy few days and it was the perfect place to come back to relax and unwind. Furnishings and beds were comfortable. We didn’t have time, but this would be an amazing home to hang out at. The family room has video games and there’s a swing set in the backyard. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!!

Great House!

Our extended family group were very happy to stay here for a recent wedding. The house had everything we needed, including an iron! Lovely soft sheets, plenty of towels, and the well stocked kitchen were all really nice things to find. Would definitely recommend!

Night before our flight

Beds were comfortable and we enjoyed the stay for a night before our flight out of the Provo airport.

Excellent rental

We came into town for BYU graduation. This is a great location with a short drive to campus. We had a lot space and the rental was nice.

Great VRBO

We had a wonderful time at this VRBO. Plenty of space. 2 big TVs. Several beds and very comfy. My favorite was playing PAC Man. Only suggestion I would have would to have shampoo/conditioner dispensers.

Great Weekend

Enjoyed our weekend stay with family and friends. Loved the cute decor, activities for kids, good supply of dishes (although the black plastic plates are stained and gross looking). House was clean and I also appreciated that there were lots of hooks in the bathrooms as we went to splash summit while there. Nice quiet, private street. Would definitely stay again!

Great family space

We enjoyed our stay here very much. The house is clean, nicely decorated/furnished, and comfortable for everyone. While it is near a freeway, the noise wasn't bothersome.

Perfect location, great view, tidy

Delightful

Property is nicely tucked away, giving it a more private feeling. Just slow down and watch for the driveway. Franco was available and great to work with. The home was very clean, well stocked, and decorated beautifully. Ample room for the family. Fun backyard. Fireworks were visible from the balcony!

Great location. Amazing Mountain Views!

We stayed at this inviting, cozy house as a family. It was the perfect location for "home base" while visiting our daughter. There was plenty of room for all of us. The beds are all comfortable. We enjoyed playing pool down stairs. Restaurants and stores close by. Beautiful mountain view from the living room window. A great place to stay!

Very relaxing home

Fantastic home base for BYU camp, hiking to Stewart falls, Park City Mt biking. Close to places to eat, and really cute area. Nice updates/decor and perfect for families. Stayed cool with Ac and room unit that was added upstairs to keep things chill:) kiddos LOVED the game room and the kitchen had everything we needed. Nice touches with beach towels, nice linens and the beds were very comfy. Host gave all the info to get in and was very responsive. Cute neighbor kiddos took the garbage cans to the street since we were there for the week and on trash day. Super nice! Would definitely use this for vaca in the area again.

Great location

Five of us (mom, daughter, daughters-in-law) took a little overnight getaway and needed a place large enough to give us all separate beds, so it was perfect for that. Super easy check-in and out! Cute, cozy home with lots of fun updates. Tucked away in a nice little cul-de-sac. The busy road behind the house made for some traffic noise, but it was out of sight and really not that bad. Close proximity to pretty much everything in the Provo/Orem area. Overall excellent stay!!

Wondeful stay

We had a wonderful time at this property. Our kids really liked the surprise of a chicken coop and playground in the backyard. The house was very clean and we found it without any problem. The pool table in the basement was the biggest hit with our group! The only thing I would mention is there are three high steps leading into the house that my elderly mother had a difficult time with since there were not any rails for her to hold onto. We would definite stay here again!

Great place, hard to find

This vrbo was beautiful and clean with plenty of space for 5-6 people. Our only complaint was that it was extremely difficult to find. There was no mailbox or house numbers anywhere, and was tucked back down a long driveway/road with no indication that it was back there. 3 of the people in our party drove back and forth more than 5 times trying to locate the property, and I had to eventually go out to the road for each of them to show them where to turn. Some sort of indication that the property is back there would help tremendously.

Nice place, good location but hot and dirty refrigerator

The home and location were perfect but the home was extremely hot. An additional ac window unit was in the front room but the vent leading to the window didn't seal completely so hot air just poured in. We ended up sleeping downstairs while my parents suffered upstairs. Luckily they found a fan in the closet after the first night and that provided some relief. I gave a poor cleanliness rating because the refrigerator was disgusting. I had a clean it out before I was willing to put any food inside and even than there was stuff I couldn't clean. The kitchen is bare, I'm not sure if there was even measuring spoons and cups. I have stayed at multiple places and they will have cooking spray, mixing bowls, plastic bags of various sizes, tupperware, and other everyday kitchen items for their guest. I was thankful there was at least some dishwasher pods and trash bags. I will say that Franco was very prompt to respond to any questions or send me any information that I asked for. I was having trouble with the television and he quickly responded with an answer and was even willing to come over and fix the issue while we were out of the house.

This home has been designed to provide a comfortable stay while visiting Utah. The location is incredible - you are right by everything: BYU, UVU, the shopping mall, gym, Costco, ski resort… but will still feel like you are in a quaint little street set back from everyone. There is plenty of parking and fast Wi-Fi.
