Modern 2-bdrm/2-bath mobile home, near Wildcat ATV Park, riders welcome! Wi-Fi!

Nestled in the Daniel Boone Natl. Forest, alongside the beautiful Rockcastle River, our lovely property offers a cozy retreat for guests. Located just 4 1/2 miles off I-75 at Exit 49, we offer a 2 bedrm, 2 full bath w/a comfortable king bed in the master, and a queen bed in the second bedroom; you'll have a restful night's sleep. Whether you are coming to go kayaking down the river, hit the ATV trails, go hiking nearby, relaxing on the back deck, or sitting around the fire-pit, "River Run" is the place for you! The two bathrooms are equipped with everything you need, towels, washcloths, shampoo and body wash, including a hair dryer. Master bath has walk-in shower, 2nd bath has a shower & tub. The kitchen has a dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, and all the cooking essentials, a grill is located on the back deck. "Wildcat RV Park" is just a few miles south on Highway US25, and ATV riders are welcome w/fenced- secure parking and turn around area ample for trailers. Kayak rentals available at the Riverside Campground. Renfro Valley Entertainment Center is just a few miles north at Exit 62. We have 2- gate entrances; one for single vehicles, 2nd for trucks & trailers. There is a security light located near the parking area in front of the home. Outdoor security camera's on the property. We now have Wi-Fi in the home!

Very nice place to stay for visiting friends in the area! It was clean and had a nice layout with a bedroom on each side of the home. Deck was perfect for watching the river and listening to the birds. Would stay there again!

Close to Wildcat Off Road Park. Plenty of room to park trailers/SXS. Serene environment. No neighbors nearby.Rarely traffic on this road. Master suite is amazing. Beds comfortable. This place has everything except access to a clothes washer and dryer. Loved our stay.

Family vacation 2025

We had an amazing trip the property is amazing and easy to find. It is a beautiful quaint home next to the river . Very clean and lots of room for family or friends. We will definitely be coming back soon

Pretty home convenient to WildCat Offroad Park

Nice place, great location for visiting the WildCat Offroad park, location was quiet and secure. Beautiful trialer and host was very accommodating! Thank you for a great weekend

Great for riding at Wildcat!

We loved the cleanliness and comfort of the home. It was an easy SXS trip to Wildcat, so we could ride all day.

Amazing stay! Had a fantastic time really convenient to get to wildcat offroad. Awesome communication with the property owners. Couldn’t ask for a better place! Definitely will be back in the future.

Very clean and great host!

The property was very clean and the host did a great job with step by step driving instructions. Only had 2 issues, there was some shady folks in a camper and tent not too far from property and the shower head in the master bath.

Hi Pete, We have owned the property for approximately a year & a half; as far as the tent located on Lower River Rd, we’ve only seen people there during the summer. My cleaning crew did not report any maintenance issues with the shower, can you tell me what was going on with it?

Clean. Modern. Plenty of space. Comfy beds. Just as advertised. They take pride in their rental and offering a good place to stay. Plenty of space for trailers if you are going to Wildcat. Only a few miles from Wildcat. We will be back. Thabk yoy!!
