* About a mile from sports stadiums featuring the basketball, baseball and softball teams. Also convenient to the aquatics center, performing arts center and other venues on campus.

This home is perfectly placed to enjoy a casual visit to Tuscaloosa, stay while you tour the college, relax while you move your student in or out, celebrate graduation, or enjoy a fun filled game day weekend!

Property is exactly as described. Host thoughtfully had water cooling in the fridge and snacks out. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely book again.

The place was great! The host had things available like snacks, coffee k cups and water available upon arrival. If you are an Alabama fan, this house is perfect for you. As a visiting fan, I enjoyed it as well. Overall the house was great and I would 100% stay there again. Kelly was amazing to work with! Thanks Kelly for being a great host.

Fantastic 5 night family trip to Tuscaloosa to visit University of Alabama and explore the surrounding area. House was adorable with all the Bama touches. Loved the extra touches of coffee pods, creamer and water bottles in the fridge, and a snack basket! Host was very responsive and had great recommendations for dinner too.

Stayed here for Morgan wallen concert . It’s exactly a 2 mile walk and is doable cause we did it in boots bc uber wait was 2-3 hours after the concert ended . Nice area . No problems

The quintessential Roll Tide location!

House is in a very convenient location, very clean, very quaint, everything you need, and every room is decorated with Roll Tide! We loved it, highly recommend this property we will stay there again!

A very comfortable and inviting home close to everything g UA! We loved the Alabama decor- eclectic and fun, just as pictured. We stayed here for UA move in for our son and couldn’t have asked for a more perfect location. We were super close to his new townhouse so it made for a quick move. The owners were awesome with little touches to make us feel welcome and were incredibly responsive. Would absolutely stay here again. Thank you Kelly and Todd!

We had an excellent stay at this VRBO! The host responded promptly to every question and was incredibly kind and accommodating throughout our trip. The house was spotless and very well maintained. While it’s an older home, it had absolutely everything we needed and was extremely comfortable.The hosts even provided snacks, which was such a thoughtful touch. Honestly, the pictures don’t do this home justice. It was even better in person.What impressed us most was the kindness after our stay. I accidentally left several items behind that I thought I had packed, and the host went above and beyond by mailing everything back to me at no cost, even after I offered to pay for shipping.We truly appreciated the hospitality and care that was shown to us. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and welcoming place to stay!

Quiet neighborhood and quick Uber to stadium.

The house has a nice Alabama theme and a small gift basket welcomed us at our arrival. We had no issues in the house and found it clean and ready for guests. It is a mile from the baseball stadium and about 2 miles to the football stadium. We took quick Uber rides to get around and enjoyed our experience. We will be back for baseball season and will be renting here again. Great place!

Best VRBO I’ve ever stayed in!!! Hands down!!

I don’t even know where to begin. I generally don’t write reviews but if I didn’t take the time to leave one here it would bother me. Kelly and Todd should be the standard that VRBO holds their rentals too. From the first email, to arrival and throughout the stay everything was just perfect. We were in Alabama for family weekend and I hope to be able to use this property for the next four years!! The bone is just perfectly decorated and Kelly even threw in a little welcome basket which just brought me to tears. Just amazing people.
