Come stay at this 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo on the Black Warrior River. This is just a couple minute drive from the University of Alabama. You will love this newly remodeled condo with brand new furniture. It is now ready to welcome its first guest! Situated on the ground level, this unit was built as a handicap unit; therefore, it features wide doorways and a no step entry. With a max capactity of 6 guest, come book this unit and enjoy all that Tuscaloosa has to offer.
The Space:
Watercress Condos are a newly remodeled complex just outside of the University of Alabama campus. Step inside the ground floor unit and you'll find a nice kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. The kitchen island and dining table gives you room for 6 to sit down for a meal together. The open concept kitchen and living room allows you to not miss a play of the game while you prepare your meal in the kitchen! There is an in-unit laundry closet off the kitchen with a stackable washer and dryer. We will supply a starter pack of detergent for your convenience.
