A wonderful place! Everything is perfect—both the interior and exterior of the condo. It is clean and tastefully decorated, and the owners are very attentive. A quiet location that is close to everything.

Very spacious and comfortable unit. The balcony was wonderful with a great view. The location was perfect for us, right in the area we like. Walking distance to groceries, great restaurants, and the beach! Would definitely stay here again.

The rental was outstanding, the hosts were amazing, the location is far enough away from all the beach traffic and noise, but close enough where everything you need is in close walking distance. The balcony has a beautiful view of the sunrise and perfect to sit on while enjoying being on the water. Beds are comfortable and the entire place is cozy and roomy. You won’t be disappointed at all.

Spectacular waterfront view

Beautiful accommodations and view. Just as described. Very clean and communication was excellent. Would definitely recommend and stay here again!

Another great stay!

This is our second time staying here and once again we had a wonderful time. I love how close everything is. We never rent a car when staying here as we can just walk where we want to go. The owners are fantastic to work with as well.

Beautiful View from balcony!

Loved the location, we were able to walk to everything! The owners were amazing. We loved sitting on the balcony and watching the dolphins! We are staying again next year.

Fabulous spring break!!

This is a great unit! Wonderful location with beautiful water view! We saw dolphins almost every day! Super well stocked kitchen. Easy walking distance to beach, restaurants, bars, grocery store. We would definitely love to stay there again!!

Nice condo on the bay with beautiful views.

Loved seeing the local wildlife while relaxing on the deck. Lady in condo one was a little loud while outside.

Great location and communication

Place was very clean/spacious with beautiful views on the deck. Easy walk to beach/amenities without the noise level of being on the main road. Communication with our hosts were excellent and they even reached out without me messaging them when they heard a rental down the street was being too loud. Highly recommended.

Winter Vacation 2021

Lovely 2nd floor 2 bed/2bath condo with a beautiful view. Nice area to walk around and close to the beach and many restaurants. Thoughtfully equipped accommodations. Very responsive owners. Will return.

Perfect home away.

We love this spot. 2 bed and bath are perfect. The beach wagon, chairs and cooler was so handy. Love the deck with sunrises and dolphins. The beds were very comfy. Friendly neighbors. All the things we needed were provided, great kitchen items. Walked to many places, and the R bar has a friendly atmosphere so close! The farmers market was also handy across the street. Thank you for sharing your wonderful home, we loved everything!

Fantastic Month!!!

My husband and I spent the last two weeks of January and the first two weeks of February at this delightful condo. This has to be one of the cleanest and best-equipped properties we have ever booked, and we have booked many over the years. Everything is within walking distance and the view of the bay from the deck off of the living is just georgeous. I wanted to book it for 2024 for the same timeframe, but someone beat us to it.

Location and condo were great. Everything there that you could possibly need. Very nice sitting on the balcony watching dolphins and water activities. Would highly recommend.Only problem was that we were not told about construction at the property. The workers started late morning and worked until late evening.

Our apologies for not letting you know in advance of the hurricane reconstruction efforts undertaken by the unit Owners below. With the ongoing hurricane repairs in the community, contractor schedules are often fluid. The Owners below recently received their building permit and were focused on restoring their home and it appears they had undertaken the work outside normal hours. We have let them know of your concern and are pleased to say they are in their final stages of getting their home back to pre-hurricane condition. Location is great

Love the location. Owners respond well. Place is very clean.The waterfront on the bay is nice. Beds, pillows and bed linen could use an update, especially the pillows. Another thing, there was no laundry soap and check out asks you to wash beach towels. It was a quiet week at the complex and we enjoyed that. A few more supplies would be a nice touch. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Water front rental

There were 3 adults who stayed in this water front rental for a week. The rental has everything you would need to stay here. This unit is equipped with everything you would possibly need. We enjoyed this unit because we had the deck off the back looking into the water. We did spot dolphins a few times while here. Alex was very polite with us, checking on us to see if everything was ok or had any questions for him. Plenty of room for our stay here. Would recommend this place to anyone if you like a water view.
