Located within 100 yards of the white sandy beach and the beautiful blue waters of the Gulf of Mexico, this newly decorated condo boasts the best of both worlds!

This quiet condo complex has only 4 two story buildings, and only a total of 16 units. It is located on a very narrow area of Gulf Blvd that lies between the Intracoastal waterway and the Gulf of Mexico, allowing for unique combined vacation experience.

Sit on the large intracoastal dock and look onto the water to try and spot a Manatee or a dolphin. Relax and have a swim in the heated swimming pool. Walk 100 yards directly across the narrow street and you are already on the beach! There are bike and water sports rentals available within walking distance as well as so many other local attractions within a short drive, including the Smuggler`s Cove Mini Golf, John`s Pass and more!

After a great day of fun at the beach, or in the heated pool, satisfy your appetite by visiting one of the many fabulous local restaurants, or cook for yourself in this condo`s modern and well outfitted kitchen, or try the large charcoal BBQ.

Unit Features:

The unit is tiled throughout with a bright spacious kitchen and living area boasting 18' vaulted ceilings. Modern kitchen includes quartz counters, stainless steel stove, dishwasher and French door refrigerator with ice maker. The breakfast bar with seating for four includes a wine/beverage fridge. A washer and dryer are located in the unit. The living room has a 55" LG SMART HD TV above the fireplace with comfortable seating for viewing. The roomy balcony with plenty of outdoor seating/dining makes a perfect area to enjoy a glass of wine or peak and see if the Gulf waters are calm.

The Master bedroom has vaulted ceilings with King sized bed, a love seat in sitting area, 42" LG SMART HD TV and ceiling fan. The spacious and brightly lit en-suite bathroom has two vanities with marble counters and a large, glass-enclosed shower.
The guest bedroom is furnished with two full/double beds, television with gaming console and games and a ceiling fan.
Guest bathroom includes marble top vanity, tiled bathtub/shower combination.

Mike & his wife were super hosts. The home is so welcoming and accessible to the beach n bay area. They thought of ALL the things and had them available so that there was no need to travel with. It's our first visit, but we are planning for many more!!!

We had a wonderful stay and couldn’t have asked for a better experience! The home was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, beautifully maintained, and stocked with everything we needed. The location was perfect.Our host was exceptional—friendly, responsive, and genuinely cared that we had a great stay. Communication was quick and helpful from booking through checkout, and every detail made us feel welcome.We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this property to anybody looking to stay in Indian Rocks Beach!

This property is top notch! A quick 2-3 minute walk across the street and you are on the beach. The unit has everything you will need and more. The host was easy to communicate with and gave recommendations for restaurants that we might enjoy. Would definitely stay in this condo again on another trip!

A Wonderful Stay in a Beautiful Property

We had a tremendous vacation in this lovely condo in the quaint beach town of Indian Shores. The property was beautiful, extremely clean, and very comfortable. Our host couldn’t have been better, and was eager to make sure we had everything necessary to make our vacation enjoyable. This fantastic vacation retreat receives my highest recommendation.

Very close to the beach! Has everything that you need. You can tell by the small touches throught the condo, that the owners do care that you are comfortable during your stay. The balcony is a nice place to enjoy your morning coffee.

Mike & Anna's home was amazing! The description & the pictures are 100% accurate. The condo was extremely clean, everything was labeled, all the kitchen essentials if you plan to cook. The condo was very spacious, the balcony does face Gulf avenue with a partial view of the Gulf, daytime is a bit louder due to traffic, nightime was quieter. I traveled with my 2 teenage daughters (15 years), no complaints from them, that's a plus. The beach is literally across the street less than a 2 minute walk. We did not have a car, places are walkable if you don't mind the July heat, otherwise we used the Sun Trolly system, very easy download the PSTA App & Flamingo Fares 5.00 for a daily group pass. Also recommend Gator Parasailing in John's Pass, Get UP & Go Kayak Clear Tours, Starlite Cruise in Clearwater. Also used the Publix Instacart delivery service for a few groceries. Highly recommend Mike & Anna's beautiful condo, Mike reached out before our trip and put my mind at ease for traveling with teenagers to an area I was not familiar with. We will definitely stay here on future trips to the area.Thank you for a wonderful visit!Ljnda

Best host ever! From the moment we booked this condo until we checked out, Mike was in contact with us to make sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. He even went out of his way to help us with another parking spot when we needed it. The condo is beautifully furnished and supplied with any and everything you could ever need! We booked this unit for 30 days and enjoyed everything about our stay (except carrying stuff up.the stairs ). Conveniently located close to one of our favorite restaurants- Caddy's and of course the beach is a short walk across the street.Highly recommemd this rental.

Our favorite vacation spot

Mike and Anna’s condo is fantastic. This was our 3rd stay and it did not disappoint. We had 6 adults in our group and it was plenty of space. The condo is very clean and well stocked. Mike and Anna are easy to work with.

Great spot! Easy access to beach and local restaurants. Lots of extras in the condo! Very comfortable and easy communication with the owner. We appreciated everything we needed for a relaxing beach vacation was already at the condo!

We have been travelling to the Clearwater St. Pete area beaches for the past 25 years. It started to feel more and more like returning home each time we visited. We have always dreamed of owning a vacation home and it became a reality for us in 2014. We purchased this vacation home as a future retirement home and a retreat from the cold harsh winters of the North. It was a perfect fit for us. Truthfully we love visiting all year long even in the heat of summer. We have a few more year before retirement and enjoy sharing it with our guests, just as we enjoyed renting from others before we owned. We have been lucky to have had great guests who enjoy our home and treat it with great respect.
