Beautiful home with everything you could want or need provided. Karrie went out of her way to anticipate needs and was extremely responsive and helpful. Will definitely plan to stay here again.

The house is absolutely beautiful. It was the perfect place for the four of us with 4 large bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Also the perfect home base for everything to see in the area. We loved seeing deer and all of the hummingbirds. Highly recommend this gorgeous home when visiting Woodland Park.

The house and host were great. The house felt like home away from home - very comfortable. Our family of 7 fit perfectly. House is in a great location, was perfect for all the activities we planned. Hot tub and grill got a lot of use. We highly recommend this home.

The property was very clean and well maintained. It had everything you needed for a short or long term stay, plus more. Communication back and forth with the host was very efficient and with quick and timely responses. Check-in was simple. My family of seven adults and our grandbaby had plenty of room and things to do. Games on the deck in the evening and the hot tub under the stars were our favorites. We loved getting out and doing all the things in the area, but truly enjoyed our time together on this property. The regular visits from the local wildlife were enjoyed. We would definitely recommend this property and will book again when back in the area.

Beautiful home and location, very peaceful and easily accessible,well stocked and communication with property owner is top notch. I prefer a bit more privacy around the hot tub area ( e.g., partitions/blinds) but overall no disappointments with our stay and we highly recommend. We also had deer in the yard every morning and evening of our stay as an added bonus!

We loved our stay! This property feels like a real home rather than a staged rental. We were welcomed with a bowl of chocolates on the island and fresh flowers throughout the home. The layout is spacious and comfortable, and it is stocked with everything you could possibly need. The kitchen had every gadget, appliance, dish, pan, and storage container imaginable. It was obvious that every detail had been thoughtfully considered.The main level has a large master bedroom, bath, and office. Downstairs became our favorite gathering spot. There is a cozy den with a huge sectional and coffee table that is perfectly set up for movies, meals, and games. There is also a closet packed from top to bottom with games. We loved sitting on the deck watching deer wander through the area, and the hot tub was a wonderful highlight of our stay. The neighborhood itself was beautiful and peaceful with a park-like setting.Woodland Park is charming. We visited a different coffee shop each day, and Solid Grounds had a great local vibe. There are several really good restaurants in town, and major attractions like the Manitou Incline and Garden of the Gods are only about 20 minutes away. We also enjoyed several nearby hiking trails and spending time at Manitou Park Lake.Karrie was an exceptional host who went above and beyond. Since she is a designer by trade, it really shows in every detail. She has created the ultimate home-away-from-home experience, and we would absolutely stay here again.

The house was beautiful, comfortable and well located for us to attend the annual Healing is Here conference at Charis Bible College. Lovely well appointed kitchen with attached Dining room. Great meals and fabulous conversations. Hope to come again next year.

Great house! Such beautiful setting nestled back in the woods. Saw a bunch of wildlife. Has an excellent great room downstairs with a giant couch. Perfect for watching a movie or a bit of FIFA soccer, go USA! We had a great time hanging out on the deck too. I would rent again.

You will truly feel at home here. This has been our main home since 2020 but with being recent empty nesters, we decided it is a lot of house for just two of us. So we decided to move into our shop/barndominium on the property and share our home with guests seeking a mountain getaway. We hope you enjoy it as much as we have! My favorite space is the kitchen - it has more than you will ever need!
