Enjoy an easy stroll through the Garden of the Gods, or a vigorous hike up the 14,000 elevation of famous Pikes Peak. Or perhaps, just relax on our deck with a glass of wine, or enjoy the Pikes Peak views from our Hot tub!

We adjusted our vacation dates just in order to book this stay and it was so worth it. The hosts couldn't have been nicer and more helpful. The house itself was even better than the pictures could show. Just do yourself a favor and read the entire check-in sheet provided by the owners, you'll thank me later for it will help reveal some secret surprises around the house. The views here are immaculate and the old world, medieval times feel was perfect for me. Can't wait to come back and stay here again.

We can’t say enough great things about this property. The full and unobstructed views of Pikes Peak are stunning (from inside and outside of the house). There are plenty of sitting areas and shade on a huge deck to enjoy them anytime of day. Even a private 4 person hot tub with full mountain view’s. Tons of wildlife to see: deer, various birds, chipmunks, hummingbirds, even a mama bear and her three cubs. The house is very clean with lots of interesting things to discover. It’s a cross between an Italian villa and a medieval castle. Beautiful decorating details throughout the house including intricate wood and stone work. Beds and bedding are very comfortable. Dave and Leslie were great hosts. They gave us delicious local restaurant recommendations and even let us know about an opportunity to catch a lunar eclipse while we were there.

One of the best properties we have visited! The house has so many creative design ideas and felt like being transported to a magical castle. We have stayed in many CO cabins with beautiful views but this was truly unbelievable. Also it felt very remote, yet is super close to stores and restaurants. Some cabins have a long and rough drive on a dirt road but this one could be easily accessed with any vehicle. The host was very responsive and clearly cared about our visit, and we got to meet him briefly- very friendly! The movie theater was also a big hit, and we loved the hot tub, super fun experience. 10/10 recommend.

10/10 recommend! Dave is the best host-very easy to work with and I felt like he and Leslie anticipated every need. We were comfortable in all bedrooms w varying levels but it worked well. We enjoyed all of the amenities and even cooked in more than we typically would just to enjoy the property. Kitchen use was easy-high end appliances too. The best is the view!!! Pikes Peak out your window-can’t beat it! The place felt very spacious but cozy and homey as well. We’re definitely staying again if we visit Co Sp!

We loved everything about our stay. The view of pikes peak from the hot tub was amazing. The attention to detail in the decor and design of the property is top notch. I can’t say enough good things about the atmosphere and luxury provided. Fantastic experience!

Great Stay

Our family loved the property. Bathrooms were of high quality, TV was easy to use (and included cable TV without having to sign-in), and house is in close proximity to downtown.

Annual getaway

Amazing place!!

We were so impressed with all of the details and the incredible views! It made for a wonderful family getaway where lots of memories were made, and the visit was too short. We appreciated how everything was well-stocked and so comfortable too. Wonderful spot!!!
