This privately owned residence is situated within a residential mountain and lakefront community. By booking this property, guests acknowledge and accept the following:

• Outdoor amenities, including the dock and recreational areas, are used at guests' own risk. Children must be supervised at all times, particularly near the water. Diving head first into the lake is strictly prohibited.

• The property contains stairs and may not be suitable for guests with mobility limitations.

• Due to the natural mountain and lakefront environment, guests may occasionally encounter wildlife, including deer, squirrels, geese, insects, and other native species. While the home is professionally treated for pests, occasional insects or critters may still be present.

• Weather conditions, wildlife activity, utility interruptions, and other circumstances beyond the owner's control may occasionally impact the guest experience.

• The property is equipped with a robust, high-performance internet system utilizing the highest speeds available in the area. However, internet performance may vary due to local service conditions.

• Televisions are configured for streaming services. Guests are responsible for logging into and using their own streaming accounts. If alternative viewing arrangements are needed, please notify the owner prior to arrival.

• Events, parties, and large gatherings are strictly prohibited.

• Occupancy limits must be observed at all times. Violation of occupancy restrictions may result in immediate termination of the reservation without refund.

• Certain outdoor amenities may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, weather conditions, safety concerns, or seasonal closures.

• Guests assume responsibility for their own safety and the safety of all members of their party during their stay. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the owner shall not be liable for accidents, injuries, loss of personal property, or damages arising from the use or misuse of the property, its amenities, or surrounding recreational areas.

During peak summer months, housekeeping services operate under exceptionally high demand. While our cleaning team is dependable and cleaning delays or oversights have never occurred, unforeseen scheduling or service issues are possible. Should any aspect of the home's cleanliness fail to meet your expectations upon arrival, please contact the owner immediately using the contact information provided.
