Spread across one expansive level, River Dune Retreat combines luxury and comfort with 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms, making it ideal for families or groups traveling together. The home’s open, light-filled design draws you toward the panoramic river views, whether you're inside or out on the deck, where the true magic happens. Fire up the BBQ for a riverside feast, enjoy a soak in the hot tub as the water flows quietly by, or gather around the fire pit for stargazing and storytelling under the night sky.

Inside, there's no shortage of entertainment. Kick back in the cozy living room and enjoy movie nights on the 100" projector screen with Roku, or retreat to the luxurious double shower for a spa-like experience. ▪️ Spacious dining table seats 10 comfortably with 4 more seats on the island. Additional outdoor dining set up on the deck overlooking the river

▪️ We love providing all guests with paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher pods, trash bags, toilet paper, hand soap, laundry pods, and many more consumables
▪️ Fresh bath and bed linens are provided - save space in your luggage as you will not need to pack them!

🅿️ PARKING
▪️ Parking is limited to 4 vehicles in the driveway

♨️ HOT TUB
▪️Our hot tub is professionally serviced by Pacific Breeze Hot Tubs after each guest departure. Please note that service is available Monday through Friday only. If your stay begins on a Sunday, the hot tub will not be serviced until Monday.

❄️ AIR CONDITIONING
▪️ We don't have AC at the house, but it usually doesn't get too hot since we're on the coast. If it does, you can open the windows to let in a breeze and cool the house down quickly. The back doors also have storm doors with screens to allow more air to flow through.

🦶 DECK
▪️ Please don't walk barefoot, as the deck can get very hot during summer afternoons.

👦 FAMILY WITH KIDS
▪️ Please do not allow kids to run freely outside.
▪️ There is no gate at the top of the stairs on the deck leading to the beach.
▪️ There is an open barked area in the backyard beyond the deck with a drop-off towards the river. There is nothing there other than a few bushes to prevent a little one that is not being watched from tumbling down the hillside.

🍽️ OUTDOOR DINNERWARE
▪️ Plenty of plastic dinnerware to be used for outside. Plastic dinnerware can be put in the dishwasher, but not the microwave. Please no glass on deck.

🐛 NATURE
▪️ Our home is in a natural waterfront area, so it's not out of the ordinary to see insects. We also see wildlife like eagles, bunnies, deer, and sometimes even bears by the river. It's okay to eat outside, but please clean up right away and don't leave any food on the deck overnight.

📣 CONSIDERATIONS
▪️ We cannot control the weather and no refunds will be given due to weather conditions, so we recommend the purchase of Travel Insurance for all planned vacations. Travel Insurance will protect your Investment in the event of a weather event that negatively impacts your trip
