The owners have done an absolutely beautiful job redesigning this villa, everything is high end and very comfortable. This spacious villa captures fantastic views of the ocean, the 18th fairway, the green of the Links golf course, and the Ocean Club swimming pool. Other features include: TV's in all the bedrooms and in the living room., WIFI, Plenty of closet and storage space. The balcony is large and offers the most breathtaking views and it's a perfect place to relax or start your day with a cup of coffee. This is a place you will want to return to next year. Linens Included. No Smoking, No Pets. Fireplace for decoration only, not available for use.

Things to Know:
• This property has a strict 2-vehicle capacity.
• Garage parking is exclusively for owners.
• This property does not have access to the Wild Dunes pool or gym—only the Ocean Club pool.
• Construction projects take place during the off-season, starting one day after Labor Day and ending one week before Memorial Day. Please keep this in mind when booking during this period, as Island Realty may not always be aware of specific project details or schedules.

Just what we needed!

We traveled with our two year old and 4 month old granddaughters and this condo was equipped with a lot of extras for small children. The location is great for days on the beach and the pool has a shallow area for little ones. Our only surprise was construction on the property , but understand that is the compromise for traveling in the off season. Once we were on the beach we did not hear any construction noise. Would definitely stay here again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Ocean Club 1410 is a luxury condo and it did not disappoint. The unit itself was in great condition, exceptionally decorated with great views overlooking the pool and views of the ocean. Three comfortable bedrooms and more than enough room for a couple and two college age children that welcomed their own space for a week after a year of dorm life. The kitchen is well furnished but could use just a couple of small items, most notably a mop and maybe a vacuum. With no maid service it would be nice to be able to clean up the minor mishap here and there. The unit was very clean, and it looked as if portions had been recently painted. Basically felt brand new. One unadvertised perk of the unit is that has storage on the ground floor to stash beach gear so you don’t have to lug it up the elevator or keep in your vehicle. Ocean Club is undergoing some construction. The beeping sound of lifts taking workers up to the roof was pretty much a constant the week we were there. The beach access was little more than a sign and arrow pointing you to trudge across protected dunes. It felt as if that may be a temporary solution, but I don’t really know. The pool and deck made up for anything negative about the property. It was absolutely gorgeous with generous portions of sun and shade for nearly the entire early summer day. Island Reality was great to work with. The transaction was smooth and I feel like I got a great value booking under a late winter special. Check in was flawless and took about 3 minutes. Having a keyless entry to the unit, there was no need for a check out. There was an emergency water outage in the unit one day, and I got text messages notification before and a follow-up after to make sure all was well. I also got a notification about maintenance workers entering the unit to change some filters. All in all a very professional operation that I would not hesitate to use again.

Private Island Getaway

The condo was spotless, comfortable, and right on the beach. We loved the balcony for coffee in the mornings, the new soaker tub was great after a day of adventures, and the large pantry and fridge were ideal for our family of four. Each bedroom has a large closet and private bathroom. The view was as great as the pictures. We couldn’t have been happier with our stay here!

They should have a check list and report to you when lights over the dining room table are out, etc. A little more attention to detail needed - hair on the bathroom walls should have been removed when cleaning. Missing stoppers in the drains to collect hair, we had to clean 2 out in order to not be standing in water when washing. Glass needed attention.

Amateur visitor to Wild Dunes

Island Realty made the checkin experience stress free. Ocean Club is a nice location with a great pool area and beach front. We would have liked access to a workout facility but my husband found the recreation center outside of Wild Dunes to fill that need. The weather didn’t cooperate as much as we would have liked but no one is in control of this for vacationers. Our Wi-Fi kept going in and out and the router had to be reset each time but technical support was reached and was helpful. I texted twice looking for a T-shirt shop with no response but we found one on our own. Overall, Ocean Club at Wild Dunes served us well and we hope to return in the years to come. His is a great family-friendly location!!!

Reviewer Comments: The condo is very nice, spacious, and beautifully decorated as described. We did find the master bathroom lighting to be very dim, makes shaving and makeup more difficult. We only received I set of towels per person for our stay and when we needed an extra set for an additional child there was a charge. The complex doesn't have adequate parking for the number of units. Several times we were forced to the overflow lot which was a bummer in the rain. However, there was a cargo trailer parked in the main lot for our entire stay. I was also concerned to find that the door code that we used for entry was posted in the unit which indicates that it isn't changed between stays. We left valuables in the room while on the beach and wouldn't have had I known. The unit itself is very nice, with a few issues addressed it would be a 5 star rating.
