Cute & clean apartment
If you're looking for a modern and cute apartment with a lot of sleeping space, this is it.
I appreciated the little touches like supplying Q-tips, the bath salts and oils for the beautiful soaker tub, the K-cups and creamer, and the filtered water container in the fridge.
The open concept with patio access is great and I enjoyed my coffee each morning outside on the picnic table and chairs.
However, the only reason I'm not giving it 5 stars is because a big draw for me was the hot tub and it had been emptied. Someone should've notified me. My family and I were extremely disappointed.
The other drawback was trying to find it at night. Maybe the porchlight could be left on or install a timer for travelers who arrive after nightfall? It took us awhile to find the place because it's not well lit. Also, when you use the "get directions" button on the VRBO app to navigate to the home, it sends you to the house number of 320 and not 300. You can understand why it could be difficult to find a house tucked into trees, in the dark with 2 addresses so close together.
It was anywhere from 90° to 100° degrees during the day and the only AC unit is in the bedroom at the end of the apartment. There are fans in the other rooms, but not sufficient for warm SD days such as that.
Overall, this apartment was well kept, had a lot of "bells and whistles, modern, centrally located, and management was good about communication. I would rent this place again.
