Aqua Hermosa is a resort style, contemporary home designed décor consisting of 4-bedrooms, 2-bathrooms, a giant 35-foot long/5.5ft deep private salt water pool including a baja shelf and two shelf umbrellas along with spa jacuzzi (optional guest paid heating available), large backyard entertainment area secluded in secure walled yard with privacy gate which features a gazebo covered direct-line gas BBQ grill outdoor with sink/gas burner stove-top, outdoor dining set for ten, comfy sofa sectional with pillows along with an umbrella, outdoor shower, and more fabulous fun amenities! Backyard also has perimeter yard lighting and inside the water pool/spa lights for night swims or relaxing. Kitchen features everything you need for the cook in you. Fantastic fun memories and moments will be had in the indoor game are (Foosball and stand-up Arcade Console with 1000’s different games to choose from...please note the Arcade Console is currently 'Out of Order'). Property is in a safe and secure community with very nice neighbors, immaculate landscaping, and an abundance of magnificent sunrise/sunset views.

Spacious open floor plan living and dining room areas next to the kitchen. The large kitchen features stainless steel appliances, an island with three stools, a breakfast table for four, a dedicated working desk, dining table for six, and items for all your cooking needs including cookware, microwave, fridge, oven (also an air fryer), drip coffee makers, oven, dishwasher, toaster, and more. Plates, utensils, and glasses for more than ten people….everything a fully stocked kitchen should have. There are five Smart TVs with guest login apps (Netflix, Youtube, Prime, etc.) and Spectrum Basic cable channels located throughout the house. Super high speed 400mbps internet for all your work and streaming needs.

Ideal bedding for up to eight adults. Spacious one floor with a Master Bedroom featuring a king bed with en-suite bathroom consisting of a walk-in glass shower and double vanity sink. There is a baby 'pack n play' crib in the master bedroom closet. Bedroom #2 has a king bed. Bedrooms #3 and #4 have queen beds. Adjacent Bathroom #2 includes a shower/tub combo and double-vanity sink. Toiletries will be found in the bathrooms include shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Each bedroom has its own Smart TV.

Living room has a dedicated work desk area, comfy sofa sectional, gas operated fire place, and large Smart TV with Spectrum cable programming. There is a washer & dryer for guest use and the highest speed available wi-fi throughout the home. Two car garage with remote controls, driveway, and plenty of street parking.

Children friendly (please note there is no fence around the pool so children under 12 must be supervised at all times). Outdoor music rules per below.

Quiet and private home location in quiet and secure Indio community. Home is also centrally located to reach:

Additional Rules and Info:

- If you would like to bring one dog (30lbs max) to the property there is a $150 non-refundable dog fee. Please let us know in advance if you plan to bring a dog so we can submit the bill to you before your arrival. Please no dogs on the beds or living room couch (dog hair found on beds or living room couch will have a dry-cleaning fee post-stay) and ensure to pick-up their droppings.

- Noise from radios, music instruments, loudspeakers, sound amplifiers, and “any machine, device, or equipment including phones” that creates sound audibly outside of the rental home is prohibited after 9pm Sunday through Thursday and after 10pm Friday and Saturday per city rules and in respect of the neighbors.

- Pool with spa heating available at $60 per day including spa or spa only at $35 a night. Maximum temperature allowed for pool is 86 degrees, 104 degrees for the spa. For longer guest stays there is a one week minimum for heating for monthlong stays. Booking one week or less requires purchasing all the days.

- Three exterior security cameras (front, rear, and by BBQ gazebo). Cameras are not monitored live and are for insurance and security reasons only.

- Post stay housekeeping is for three-an-a-half hours. Any additional time needed will be charged to the guest in half hour increments at $90hr. Guest paid mid-cleanings are available if you would like cleaning performed during your stay.

- Guests staying longer than one month are required to either purchase a mid-cleaning from Blue Coachella Vacation Rental Management, with or without laundry service, or have professional maid service completed once a month for upkeep.

- A vacation rental agreement must be completed before arrival and guests are required to provide a copy of their drivers license at check-in.

Local vacation rental management group Blue Coachella provides peace-of-mind check-in service, onsite and/or phone assistance during your stay, and professional housekeeping services. Guest paid mid-cleanings are available.
