The host was very easy to talk with and to get a hold of. The condo was perfect for us and was in a good location. I would stay again.

Excellent and safe location . Walking distance or short rides for uber to strip . Only down fall was third floor and no elevator

Super location if you are headed to the strip

Location was fantastic. Surprisingly quiet being near the strip. We were not disturbed by any noise. Safe with guarded gate and free parking. We didn’t have time to use the pools but they were very close by.

Cozy condo

It was as expected in the pictures. Would have been nice to have control of the heat/cooling, as it was 75 during the day and the heat was on. It made sleeping a little rough the first night. Only other real issue was the 2nd bathroom tub did not drain quick AT ALL and would fill with water when taking a shower and the water pressure was not very good in either bathroom. The Host was great with communication when we had questions or issues though which was nice.

The water pressure issue was fixed and you need to step on the valve that releases the water from the top just because you don't know how to do that does not mean there was an issue, you have control of the heater and the cooling system to switch it to whichever you are comfortable with. And if you don't know how to do that you should ask for help don't come complaining when you never asked display today for any changes.

Was nice and homey. Could be a little simpler. Maybe less decor. Was not happy to find out it was on the 3rd floor but everything was good. Plenty of cooking utensils. I did buy a few things to leave for future renters. I would stay again but definitely a cooler time of year.

This property was really nice and clean but I would recommend a vehicle. There were some days it was so hot during our stay, walking was like uhggghhh! It was very beautiful at night to walk the strip. This property was on the third floor with no elevator so you definitely had to climb up the steps with your luggage. The beds were very comfortable to sleep in and my 4 other homegirls all had their own bed. I didn’t realize how far we were from the strip but it was a beautiful place. Had an issue with getting to the pool as the code that was provided didn’t work. Response times wasn’t as fast as I thought they should have been but the host did respond eventually. If staying with others make sure you add their names to the security list at the gate so they don’t have issues coming into the place. There was also some coffee and other items that were left in the fridge from the last stay or maybe the host and shower items in the bathroom that looked to be for personal use which kinda threw us off but other than that it was a wonderful stay. The couch covers are a bit itchy, they might wanna switch those out.

A group of us visited for a convention and the space worked out great for all of us to have a bed. It was a perfect spot to be at so you can still see downtown area but far enough away to have a peaceful nights sleep. Very comfortable and accommodating.
