Wyndham Desert Blue (3 Bedroom Presidential Condo - near strip)

The Resort is located about 1/2 from the Las Vegas strip and next to the Rio Resort Hotel & Casino. The resort does offer complimentary shuttle service to Caesars Palace Casino on the strip. THERE ARE NO ADDITIONAL RESORT FEES.

The next time you plan to getaway to the exciting city of Las Vegas, we offer a 3 bedroom 3 bath presidential condo with fully equipped kitchens, washer and dryers, dining rooms, large bedrooms with closet and storage space, and spa tubs in the master bedroom. This is the perfect vacation home for a weekend trip or extended stay. If you play golf, you can choose between four golf courses located within 5 miles of the resort. If you like active vacations, this modern, high-energy resort has a big choice of recreational amenities to make your Las Vegas stay a guaranteed winner.

The condo available for rent is a 3 bedroom - 3 bath furnished condo. The condo comes with a fully equipped kitchen with a stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, cookware, and dishes. The master bedroom has a king size bed with a private bath that includes a Jacuzzi jetted tub. The second bedroom has a king size beds and the third bedroom has two double size beds with each of the bedrooms having flat screen TV's.

The name provided will need to be the name of the person responsible for checking into the condo. The name on the reservation with be the only one allowed to check in with the resort front desk. The person responsible for checking into the condo is required to be 21 or over. We can put up to two names on the guest confirmation and the rest of the guest can be added at check in. ANY CHANGES TO THE GUEST CONFIRMATION ONCE CONFIRMED REQUIRES A $99 CHANGE FEE.

Gorgeous condo. Perfectly styled and clean. Beds comfy. Tons of room. Great views! Close to strip and longest wait time for an Uber was 4 minutes. Would come back and stay again for future Vegas shows! Thank you!

The place was nice and clean! Very spacious and not too far from the strip. The front staff was very courteous and friendly. We definitely enjoyed our stay. I highly recommend this place.

Great spot!!!!

Came for a girls weekend. It was perfect and the rental was roomy and amenities were great! Enjoyed it but we were not visiting for gambling or strip access.

Beautiful room with a few big issues

Ashley helped check us in. Great customer service. Unfortunately the keys we were given didn’t work. The door battery had expired. It took a long time to get it fixed and to get new keys. Upon inspecting the room we noticed a lot of dust and other little particles on the furniture and the tables. Coming during covid I got a nicer condo because I expected it to be clean. It was not. In fact if we weren’t tight on money I would’ve caused quite a scene. Y’all guaranteed a covid prepped room and it wasn’t even non-covid prepped. On top of that the fridge randomly started leaking Sunday, the dish washer right side had metal broken off that prevented us from closing the dishwasher. And the fan in the right double bed rook had the most annoying fan noise that kept my friends/guests up one night. I’ve worked in hospitality and been promoted to supervisor at an extended Hyatt in the Bay Area. I hate complaining and causing a problem I know you’re doing everything you can. But that being said I paid good money for what felt like a USED room. I reported all of these things to both my contact and the property and wasn’t offered anything for the mistakes, in fact my contact repeatedly told me how many other expensive properties he manages making it seem like we were less important. I would genuinely like half my next stay comped or half of this one comped. It’s a lot to ask but for what I was told we would have cleanliness and functionality wise we didn’t ther all of that. Broken dishwasher, fan, door didn’t work, and it not being anywhere near the covid-19 cleanliness standards.

Beautiful property and comfy stay!

The property was just as it was pictured and it was well stocked with cookware for the one meal we decided to cook on our short stay. There was plenty of room and we were very comfortable. My only complaint was the check in process, which was not Mark's fault at all. It took over 30 min to check in and there wasn't a staff person with a key to access the room. At first the property was trying to put us in a regular room and we protested that as an option. Then they called "some engineer" who took forever, but in the end, was able to let us in the room. After a long flight we just didnt like all ofthe waiting around and it started the trip off on a sour note. Once we got our bags in the room we were able to relax and things got better from there. The staff was so helpful and the property was very clean and with modern amenities. It was a short ride to the strip and shopping. Because we were there for an event, we really didn't get to enjoy all that the property had to offer, but it was a lovely stay. I would recommend it to anyone who visits Vegas!

Great stay for a girls trip!!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property! The rooms are a great size and we loved the views!! The elevators are key operated so the hotel is super safe! You do have to reserve the pool, so plan accordingly. We loved having a full kitchen and a huge fridge. You definitely got a try out the jetted tub in the master bath- so awesome! We will definitely be staying here again when we visit Vegas again!

Amazing vibe

The apartment was amazing with floor to ceiling windows with spectacular view from each room. 6 people could leave comfortably. Kitchen was fully equipped with all necessities. The location was great within the short walk to Strip Av. the only downside was the pool hours. They opened from 10 am to 7 pm, which was very inconvenient. We couldn’t enjoy pool as we would wish. In addition spa and second bigger pool were closed. So swimming with somebody’s jumping kids in a small pool was not fun or relaxing. And since there is only one pool opened, it’s getting pretty crowded.

Really nice place, close to the strip

Really nice property. Big, well stocked and close to all the Las Vegas fun without being inundated with smoky casinos and bars when you're going in and out. I stayed here with some work colleagues for a trade show but I would absolutely come back with my family to avoid the crazy side of Vegas but enjoy some of the shows and cool things Vegas has to offer.

Beautiful, clean and modern condo perfect for a family.

Great condo that's quiet from the hustle and bustle of the strip. But it's only a few minutes away from the strip. So you get the best of both worlds. Will defintely stay again if we come out with the family. Awesome!!
