This luxury condo rental is located on the beach in Indian Shores, Florida. BEACH FRONT 2 bedroom 2 bath with unobstructed views of the beautiful Gulf of Mexico and white sand beach, from this 4th floor condominium. Vibrant sunsets will be the highlight of staying here, those and putting your feet in the soft sand just a few steps from your door. Across the street lies the intracoastal waterway where you can watch the sunrise, then later, end your day with a beautiful sunset right from your beautifully appointed condo. Gorgeous beach and ocean views from the master suite, living room, open kitchen and dining area. The wide balcony is furnished with a comfortable counter height table and four swivel chairs perfect for dining and drinks right above the beach and heated pool below. The updated kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals, or you can dine out at any of the numerous nearby restaurants. Warm wood floors in the bedrooms and pretty neutral tile are the backdrop for a subtle coastal décor. Seasonal rentals are now available with a 30-day minimum. This quiet building’s amenities include a heated pool, lobby, elevators, club room and a coin operated washer and dryer on every floor and only just a few steps from the unit’s front door. You'll love your stay on the pristine beach of Indian Shores. Much quieter and peaceful than nearby communities yet still with easy access to fine dining and shopping. Unit was clean and as described, check-in was easy, pool is well taken care of, and views of the gulf are amazing. Host was always very responsive. We had a great time!

This property was clean, comfortable, and conveniently located. Communication with Valerie was easy and prompt. The only negative about the property is the limited parking available for guests.
