Wonderful place! Very clean condo with fully stocked kitchen. Location to beach could not have been better. The AC quit working on 2nd day, but management was there within the hour to fix it. Will stay there again.

We absolutely loved our stay with our 3 young kids! The condo was exactly as listed and the complex was quiet. The beach was beautiful. We hope to be back next summer!

Fabulous! Absolutely as advertised; and this is coming from a first time VRBO user. Our group consisted of three adults. The beds and bedding were super comfortable; plenty of lounging space in the living room and balcony. Everything was clean and in order with tasteful decor.Great gulf view and access; couldn't be easier. The second bedroom has a view of the intercoastal waterway and tree tops. The condo complex swimming pool was very nice and a great option if you weren't in the mood for sand on your feet. Friendly folks in the complex. Everyone was nice, quiet and polite. Multiple restaurants, coffee places and shops within walking distance if you don't want to drive, and a Publix grocery an easy car drive away.We can hardly wait to go back!!

From the initial communication to checking in everything was seamless. The property details and pictures did not due to the condo justice. It was a stunning condo and perfectly situated on the beach- truly 10 steps to the sand between your toes. Dan was phenomenal to work with and was very accommodating for our family. 10/10 recommend and can’t wait to go back!!

We had a great stay in IRB! The condo has an incredible view, was clean and ready for our stay, and in a good location for walking to restaurants and shops. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen well stocked. We would stay here again.

We had a wonderful week staying here. Everything was as stated. Beach front, easy getting in & out of the place. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Dan was a pleasure to work with. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you Dan for letting us enjoy your place!

Great condo ! Awesome view. Clean pool and neat property. Walkable to area restaurants. It was overall well stocked. Had plenty of towels good beach chairs 2 umbrellas and a beach tent! Communication with host was excellent.

Very nice, clean house! Great view of the beautiful white sand beach! The sunsets were amazing every night! Great locations by lots of activities, restaurants and nature parks. Dan was great to work with and responded quickly.

Perfect vacation for pure enjoyment of the clear, warm, Gulf water, wild life, and sun! Having the beach literally steps away made relaxing easy. Being able to come on and off the beach with access to the pool and hoses for de-sanding was incredible. We didn't have a car, but were able to walk to restaurants, CVS, etc. Took the trolley to Clearwater, and John's Pass. Watched sunrise on the private dock, and sunsets. on the balcony. Can't beat it!

Great spot for vacation

We had a wonderful, relaxing time. The beach and pool were so close, so it made our lives so much easier with our children. The beds were very comfortable! The condo was great and would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful views, perfect location

The views are amazing. Our young children loved the calm water and clean pool. The central location and walking bike lanes make walking to restaurants easy. The beds were comfy. This is one deep clean from being immaculate. We would certainly stay here again!

Absolutely incredible vacation! We drove all the way from Montreal, Quebec, and during that long, tiring drive, I kept saying to myself "I hope all this will be worth it for what we'll find there." Well, it exceeded our expectations in every way! The condo is exceptionally spacious—way more than enough room for the three of us (two adults, teen daughter). The layout could easily accommodate two families. While the decor isn't ultra-modern, the entire place was beautifully neat, clean, and fully stocked. The kitchen had everything we needed, and bathrooms had plenty of fresh towels. A massive bonus was the closet packed with beach gear: chairs, umbrellas, gazebo, floating pads, noodles, and toys.The balcony facing the beach was our absolute favorite spot. We spent mornings having breakfast while watching dolphins swim by in the Gulf, and evenings watching breathtaking sunsets. The beach itself was stunning, literally right in front of the apartment with perfect white sand and clear, shallow turquoise water at a blissful 31.5C every day. Seaweed was minimal to none, and it was so uncrowded, that we joked we had a "private beach" included in the package. Plus, a huge personal bonus: zero mosquitoes!The host was incredibly responsive and informative; minor issue was fixed on-site almost instantly. We absolutely loved our stay and will definitely be back... though next time, we are taking the plane! Thank you for a wonderful stay!
