This rental is located in Crescent Beach, a breathtaking stretch of land bordered by the ocean and the intracoastal. Here you will find that the beach is one of a kind and in our opinion, the nicest beach on the East Coast! It is a short and lovely drive to gorgeous downtown St. Augustine, the nation’s oldest city. St. Augustine is known for its pristine beaches, beautiful weather, amazing food and restaurants, fun bars with lots of music, entertainment and good drinks, museums, art galleries, and much more! I have a feeling you too will fall in love with this city as we did. It is charming, gorgeous and refreshing. There will be a guide in your rental upon arrival. In it you will find the contact numbers for us, WiFi log in, our top recommendations for certain businesses around the area, as well as what is expected during the stay and as you depart so we are all on the same page and turnover can be completed promptly. Please do not hesitate to text or call Nikki or Mike with any questions or for additional recommendations.

The Sand Dollar Condo includes 1550 square feet of living space featuring 3 large bedrooms, 2 full baths, and a full utility room with washer and dryer. Smart TV's and Wifi are provided. This unit is a flat 2nd floor condo. Pets are not permitted and absolutely no smoking in unit. Beach chairs and beach towels are located in the condo for your use.
There is handicap wheelchair access to this unit. Shopping buggies and flat carts are on site to carry your things to condo via the elevator so there is no lugging things up the steps. Watch the stunning sunrise and dolphins swim by from your front window. The master bedroom and living room doors open onto the balcony allowing you to enjoy the ocean breeze while watching the beach below you.
The SandDollar I Complex on Crescent Beach offers any family the best vacation St. Augustine can offer. With only 40 units in this building, the pool and tennis courts are rarely crowded. It has an elevator and covered parking.

The location of this condo is amazing, as the surrounding environment is absolutely beautiful. The sun almost always shines and the views are breathtaking! It is far enough away from the hustle and bustle to provide relaxation and comfort, but close enough in order to enjoy the amenities.

The views are unmatched. I enjoy the proximity to the ocean and the unlimited access to the tennis courts. I also enjoy going downtown for dinner followed by a nice walk around the historic neighborhood.
