Sweet Hut by Lake Texoma _A

Just a short walk from the shores of Lake Texoma, this property offers convenient access to Mill Creek, Paradise Marina, the nearby boat ramp, and the Hagerman Wildlife Refuge. Sitting on 1.3 acres, it features natural well water with a monthly-changed filter and also provides Reverse Osmosis water.

The home sleeps up to 8 guests with one king bed, one full bed, two twin beds, and two futon beds—ideal for families, friends, or groups.

Guests can park their cars and boats securely inside the fenced area. The property also includes a dog run, a carport, an outdoor kitchen, and a sturdy tornado shelter for safety.

All the utensils, cookware, blender, and baking tools.
We provide purified, reverse-osmosis drinking water.

Enjoyed our stay

We enjoyed our stay. The host was very friend and informative. The area looks like it is better suited for Spring and summer but we weren't there for the water sports so it was great.Thank you

Ms. Ruby is amazing! The most accommodating host I have ever encountered. She is so thoughtful and helpful. She has truly gone above and beyond to make our long term stay for our crew workers like home. Thank you and we would definitely book again if ever in the area!

From the moment I first stepped inside, I could feel a powerful, positive energy — a reflection of the spirit and courage of its original owner.

I chose this neighborhood because it’s peaceful and surrounded by nature. It’s within walking distance to the lake, where you can enjoy a relaxing walk or watch the sunset. Deer often wander through the area, adding to the calm and natural beauty that makes this place so special.

What makes this property unique is its natural energy and connection to the land. The home uses pure well water drawn from deep within the earth — rich in minerals and free from chemicals — making your skin feel soft and refreshed. We honor this gift from nature by changing the filter every month to keep the water clean and full of life.

The property was once built by a World War II veteran, and I believe his strong, peaceful spirit still fills this place. You can feel it in the quiet mornings, the gentle breeze, and the sense of safety here. There’s even a sturdy tornado shelter, thoughtfully built for protection and peace of mind.

Outside, a spacious dog run lets pets play freely, while the outdoor kitchen and fire pit invite friends and family to gather, cook, and share stories under the stars. Every corner of this property carries warmth, love, and a touch of timeless spirit.
