Great deal! Very Clean beachfront condo in convenience location at Pensacola Beach.
The Baywatch Condo community is a family friendly environment, adjacent to the Gulf Islands National Seashore, and the Fort Pickens State Park Aquatic Preserve. An open balcony provides a magnificent view of the Santa Rosa Sound. The community offers access to the Baywatch swimming pool, pier, and the Pensacola Beach Trolley service. Covered parking is available for two cars with additional parking available in the Baywatch community parking lot. The unit offers a full kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room, and balcony. Rent nightly or by the week.

We had the best time here! The host was wonderful! She was so attentive, gracious, and quick to respond to our questions. The condo was super clean and relaxing! She had lots of kitchen utensils, pans, nice plates and bowls, (Not worn and chipped like other places we’ve been), and many extras. The showers had almost instant hot water, and the heads were very tall for tall men to be comfortable and not have to stoop. Breakfast on the balcony overlooking a scenic view was a highlight. Just a short walk across a narrow street to the beach. I would HIGHLY recommend this lovely place!

Blue Angel weekend

I love to sit on the dock and fish and this place was perfect. Very very nice view and close to everything. 33 stairs gave us all a workout but they were worth it.

Quiet but close Pensacola Beach stay!

Convenient walk across the road to beach, quiet beach in February. If you have chair, umbrellas, coolers the drive and parking are super close and easy. Great view from the sound side deck. Owner is super nice to work with and very responsive to questions. Check in and out was simple. Enjoyable walk to Peg Leg Pete's.

Loved the location on Ft Pickens Road. Close to everything. Pool was nice. Room could use some updates. We had a great week.

Great location

Small but clean, a lot of property damage still from a tornado almost a year ago. Most of our activities were done off site, so we were not affected by it

Spring break getaway

It was my first time using VRBO and it was wonderful! The condo was lovely and my kids and I made many memories exploring Fort Pickens and seeing the Blue Angels. The beach is a short walk just across the street and we spent the afternoons building sand castles in the beautiful white sands. I can’t wait to go back. The owner was very helpful with answering any questions. I highly recommend this vacation rental.

Great Location!

Location is great because you can easily walk to the Beach. Beach is not crowded at this end of the island so you are not dealing with Spring Breakers. Peg Leg Pete's is in walking distance too. Great food!Condo is nice. It is on the second floor and there are no elevators though. Parking is covered so that was very nice. Recommend locking the screen door when you are in the condo since maintenance has a key and they tried to open the door 2 days in a row. Other than that we had a great time and enjoyed the condo. We have stayed in this complex about 3 or 4 times now so obviously we like the location and condos there.

Love Baywatch

D5 was everything we needed it to be. Spotlessly clean, stocked kitchen tools, smelled good, and comfy. We did notice there were no bathroom floor mats, so had to use towels, and a towel bar was pulled from the wall. Minor things that didn’t affect our stay. We love the location of Baywatch and will continue to stay there. Thank you!

We had an amazing time. The balcony has an amazing view of the intercostal. Also you can see the Gulf from the front. The dock, private intercostal beach, pond, and pool have plenty of opportunity for our kids to explore. The unit is was clean and functional. Pictures accurately portrayed the unit. There are two beach accesses within walking distance or a short drive with ample parking. Peg Leg Pete’s is just a short walk, for a great grouper sandwich. The boardwalk is only two miles away. Unfortunately Fort Pickens was closed due to government shutdown, but the public beach access near by was nice.

The condo was really nice and clean. Had everything we needed. I would say some blackout curtains would be beneficial in the bedrooms as the sun is really bright in the mornings. The ducks on the property are pretty loud too but nothing really you can do about that. Overall, I would stay there again.

My husband and I love the beach. We purchased this condo for our family and friends to enjoy. Our grandchildren love to play on the beach and explore the ocean until the sun goes down. We also enjoy just getting away for a relaxing weekend listening to the sound of the ocean and watch boats sail by at sunset. We hope you have a fantastic time relaxing here.

I chose this condo because of it's driving distance from my home and how friendly all the people were. The white sands of one of the greatest beaches are a plus.
