Great deal! Very Clean beachfront condo in convenience location at Pensacola Beach.
The Baywatch Condo community is a family friendly environment, adjacent to the Gulf Islands National Seashore, and the Fort Pickens State Park Aquatic Preserve. An open balcony provides a magnificent view of the Santa Rosa Sound. The community offers access to the Baywatch swimming pool, pier, and the Pensacola Beach Trolley service. Covered parking is available for two cars with additional parking available in the Baywatch community parking lot. The unit offers a full kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room, and balcony. Rent nightly or by the week.

Fun stay for the 4th

My husband, our 21yo daughter, and I had a wonderful stay for the 4th of July weekend. The condo was great - we especially enjoyed eating and relaxing on the balcony. We would stay again!

Family Getaway

My family and I enjoyed our stay. Our hosts were accommodating and responsive when we had questions. The location was in close proximity of the boardwalk and the trolley. We really enjoyed the view from our balcony. We hope to return in the future.

Anniversary trip

We had such an amazing trip, the condo we stayed at was perfect for what we wanted. Very clean, and great location. Our favorite part was waking up every morning and enjoying coffee on the balcony.

Nice Family Stay

These condos are very nice with the pier, the pond with ducks and turtles, pool that was never crowded, beach area, grilling area, so much available for us to do there outside the condo. There was a little work being done on the condos but it didn’t really bother us. We will definitely look at coming back here!

Nice property

Absolutely as advertised. Nice 2BR unit. Faces the bay, updated and well maintained. Comfortable beds, good TV’s. No elevator. Short walk to beach. Excellent value.

Wonderful condo - would book again!

This condo is fantastic! It is in the Baywatch condominium complex. The condo itself was incredibly clean and comfortable. We mentioned to the owner that we could use a pack and play and she found one for us to use for the weekend. She not only had it set up, but also had baby wash for my granddaughter in the condo. I will definitely try to book again on my next visit. The owner of the unit is incredibly responsive in communication as well.

Quiet but close Pensacola Beach stay!

Convenient walk across the road to beach, quiet beach in February. If you have chair, umbrellas, coolers the drive and parking are super close and easy. Great view from the sound side deck. Owner is super nice to work with and very responsive to questions. Check in and out was simple. Enjoyable walk to Peg Leg Pete's.

Awesome views and great lovation

I came to spend my birthday with my son. There was plenty of room for us both. I really appreciated having the covered parking. There was a good supply of towels, TP and other necessities. The recent upgrades were nice. Thank you!

Family Celebration and Thanksgiving

The stay at this property was outstanding with a beautiful ocean view. The property owner was quick to respond to my questions, the home was well stocked which made our Thanksgiving holiday enjoyable. Would highly rethis property.

We had a wonderful view of the cove and a 5 minute walk to the beach on the gulf side. The condo was so close to all the restaurants, bars, and shopping but away from the bustle and quiet. Highly recommend this cute, well stocked condo.

My husband and I love the beach. We purchased this condo for our family and friends to enjoy. Our grandchildren love to play on the beach and explore the ocean until the sun goes down. We also enjoy just getting away for a relaxing weekend listening to the sound of the ocean and watch boats sail by at sunset. We hope you have a fantastic time relaxing here.

I chose this condo because of it's driving distance from my home and how friendly all the people were. The white sands of one of the greatest beaches are a plus.

It's just a walk across the street to the gulf. It's also walking distance to Peg Leg Pete's restaurant and just a few minutes from Margaritaville and Fort Pickens.
