The house was clean , the dock was nice. The deck was not great very run down and the house itself is on a complete slant. The parking is not great , the steps down to the house were in the middle of being repaired unknown to us until we got there . The views are beautiful . Had plenty of kitchen stuff , towels , sheets available

Lake View

I really enjoyed staying here. The stay was to short. Beautiful place and great communication with the property managers. Thank you again and will olan on staying again.

Great stay

Had a great stay at the property, parking was easy and the house was well kept. 2 small complaints, the bathroom was tiny and could be difficult to use, also on one side of the house there was a huge slant in the floor (3 degrees according to the level on my phone) not a problem for myself but it could be an issue for some people

Lovely property on the water, with space for outside fun if you love the water and hanging outside, you are close to other properties. Inside would be a little small to accommodate a big group if weather stopped the use of outside. Bedrooms were a good size, I didn’t like the few personal things in cupboards which took away from hanging clothes. The kitchen was well fitted out if you decided to stay within the property for most of your meals. We didn’t use but there seemed to be a BBQ and smoker.Heading out there’s a few things around but it’ll take a good 20 mins to get on a main road to start your trip out.

Hokies Win

Bedrooms were great, separate sides of the house. Dining area was nice for eating and playing Uno. The living room was a good hangout for movies and snow flurry watching. The whole house was nicely heated. Great location for game day!

Find it hard to believe the pricing for what you get. The house was not fully clean when we arrived (countertops sticky with food still stuck on it, dead flies in fridge) and overall musty smell. The bottom deck area is hazardous with rotten boards, holes and screws visible. The floors aren’t level, and just overall feels outdated and dirty for the high price point. The company did work with us regarding the pricing for not being clean, and did allow us to switch to a different accommodation due to us not being able to tolerate the musty environment.

The lake view was so beautiful and we enjoyed fishing off of the dock. The location is amazing! But the house is not, in my opinion, a good option for families with small children. The deck would be easy for a small child to slip or squeeze through and fall. There is no gate that secures the deck from the stairs and water below. Also, inside the house, the flooring slopes in the living area.This can make walking unsteady until you get used to the "dip". When we arrived, the house wasnt clean but the property manager made sure to send out a cleaner. But it is always unsettling to have to clean bathrooms and the kitchen when you check in.
