Really nice, clean, and spacious condo in Waikoloa. Excellent location and great place to relax - very close to Queen's Marketplace and King's Shops. Can walk to "A" beach or short drive to larger beaches. Amenities were great. While we didn't do much cooking, we were able to use the provided beach chairs. Appreciate the security at the place.

This is a very nice, spacious 2 bedroom unit with a kitchen that had everything we needed. We never had to worry about finding a parking space because of the designated garage to park our car in! This unit is conveniently located near shops and restaurants. We loved our stay here!

Overall very good experience with my stay. Condo was very clean and and had almost everything we needed. All instructions were clear and easy to follow. Complex including pools, bbq's, landscaping were all great. Location also good close to many restaurants and shops.

Unit is in great shape and updated. Well stocked with supplies and kitchen ware. Location is central to the beaches, Kona, Waimea, and North Kohala. Good value too. Would stay here again.

This 2 bedroom 2 bath rental is amazing and everything you need. The place was clean, the kitchen was fully stocked, we loved the close proximity to everything and the few times we needed customer support, we got it within 10mins, amazing! Thank you. We will definitely stay again. I've stayed in this area 5 times before and this was hands down the best experience yet.

Party of 5 really enjoyed our stay. Unit seemed brand new and supplies and amenities were great! Seamless check in/out process. Great location.

Great newly renovated unit. Great for families

Fantastic location! Private corner spot with a short walk to the great pool and fitness center. The Unit was impeccably clean with very comfortable and modern furnishings.

The break we needed

My husband and i were traveling for work and looking for the perfect spot for our family to relax between work days, and this was absolutely perfect! The condo was clean and close to the pool, and we had a great experience with Resortica.

Everything about our unit was perfect for us. It was a good sized 2 bedroom unit. It was clean and fully furnished with information and everything we needed. This is our third stay here and we'll be back.

The most comfortable bed I have slept on. Would love to know the mattress brand. Our condo could not have been any cleaner with good amenities. I would definitely recommend for a group of four.

Property was clean and well taken care of. Loved the hot tub and resort style pool (makes us want one ). My husband mentioned the guest bathroom’s inner shower glass door was not on its sliding track, so to check in on that. The kitchen appliances were basically brand new (or looked that way) and did a great job for our cooking needs. Had plenty of room for all 6 of us to have our space. This is especially important with 2 young kids (ages 6 and 3). The carpet was nice in the living room, but if planning to host families, might consider hardwood for the living room in the future in case of messes. The kiddos were pretty good about not making messes but we had to be extra careful to not do so. Otherwise great experiences at this condo overall!

Immaculate

Beautiful condo, very large and very good location in Waikoloa Resort. Pool is awesome, lots of extra blankets for the freezing A/C, great washer and dryer. Our only qualm is there were rules about noise in and out of the condo and being too loud or wild in the pool. Good rules for a community with many retirees, but hard to follow withy 5 and 7 year old boys. Awesome place and decent price.
