House overall was great. We have stayed here before. The problem was the hvac was not working from day one. I message the host multiple times about it and it was never corrected.

This is our 2nd time at this location. Everything was great. Home is clean with a nice location right on the water along with boat slip.

This is a wonderful, well equipped rental with more than enough room for larger families. We were able to use our boat for fishing and dock it at the house when we were not using it. The grandkids were able to fish right off the dock too! Huge balconies on front and back were great in the evenings with water views on both!This is a beautiful home with an amazing kitchen and covered downstairs area too!!

The property was an excellent location for our family's beach vacation! We love to fish, so it also provided a great reprieve from the beach, and allowed us quality time to fish and visit on the ample patio space and boat slip.The house was stocked with all the necessary items for a comfortable stay, and for family meals! The only suggestion would be to have the ability to deactivate the motion sensors around the boat slip at night as the intermittant flashing lights shine directly into seating area and takes away from the visit and fishing environment.We will definitely be back, and thank you for sharing your awesome canal property!

Awesome Location

The house is beautiful! It is situated in the canal with easy access to the intercostal waterway and Galveston Bay. I highly recommend stayin here and look forward to returning!

Wonderful home right on the water. Quiet neighborhood. Plenty of room for everyone with a spacious kitchen and living room. Easy boat access. Home was immaculate. Will definitely stay again!

Plenty of space to store boat/trailer when ready for use and a dock to tie up to. Great communication from the owner.
