Experience the Gulf’s charm at Galveston Useazatt View, a Gulf-front condo on the 3rd floor of By The Sea Condos on Seawall Blvd. Wake up to a vibrant sunrise or take a peaceful walk along the shoreline, inhaling the refreshing salt air. Babe’s Beach is just steps away, and the condo’s central location puts you close to Galveston’s top dining, shopping, and attractions. After a day at the beach or exploring the island, unwind with a refreshing dip in the pool or kick back on the balcony.

The unobstructed 3rd-floor Gulf view will take your breath away. Relax on the breezy 24-foot balcony and let your worries slip away as you sip a cup of coffee while watching a spectacular sunrise. Your memories of the Gulf will linger long after your footprints in the sand are gone.

After a day at the beach, gather your group and stroll on Seawall Boulevard. Perhaps you’ll see playful dolphins frolicking in the surf or screeching seagulls as they soar over the Gulf.

The condo is spacious at 1000 sq. feet. The living, dining, and kitchen areas have a Gulf front view. Two 11-foot sliders lead to a 24-foot Gulf Front balcony. The south bedroom overlooks the Gulf.

The kitchen is fully furnished. We also supply a starter kit of paper plates, cups, towels, and toilet paper. Linens/towels are provided for up to 4 guests. There are 2 queen-size beds and a queen-size automatic air mattress.

The delightful condo decor has a fun, funky, flip-flop theme. Compared to other units at the condo complex, this unit has received many updates and upgrades.

The condo complex is perfect for families or couples with shared amenities. The amazing pool area has plenty of seating and propane grills underneath a pergola to shade you from the hot summer sun. Friendly staff at the front desk are manned 24/7. There is plenty of parking on the north and south sides of the building. A $35 parking pass is required.

Like all career military families, we and our 4 children lived a life of relocation.

There are new schools here and new friends there. But after 25 years of service, when it was time to choose a forever home, the decision to move to Galveston Island was easy for us.

We love the beach. We love the idea of a life with our toes in the sand on as many days as possible.

You can often find us doing just that, barefoot on the beach – with our toes in the sand and a drink in our hand, sharing good times, local friends, or one or all of our now-adult children.

We are a fun, tight-knit family. Although our children have now moved off the island for their education and careers, we still enjoy spending time on the beach when the kids come home.

Now that Jack has fully retired from aviation, serving an additional 15 years as a pilot with Southwest Airlines, we can devote more time and attention to living and sharing the Galveston Island lifestyle.

It wasn’t long after moving to the Island that we came up with the idea to invest in another vacation rental condo on the Galveston Seawall after having success with our condos in Gulf Shores, Alabama.

We added four additional condos to our short-term rental portfolio. Cat enjoys decorating the condos with coastal themes and bright colors, creating a beachy vacation rental vibe that guests enjoy.

With each new condo, we continue receiving five-star reviews from our guests. We are proud to receive the “Airbnb Superhost” Badge for our hospitality, attention to detail, cleanliness, value, and guest communication.

After nearly 20 years of being Galveston Islanders by Choice, we love providing our guests with a taste of Island life – morning coffee with a gulf breeze, golf cart trips to local restaurants, fishing on the pier, those amazing Galveston sunsets and toes in the sand as often as possible.
