COMPLIMENTARY BEACH SETUP (SPRING & SUMMER)

To enhance your beach day and set us apart from other rentals, we include a complimentary beach setup pass with every spring and summer stay. Through our partnership with Bennett's Beach Service for the 2026 season, your pass gets you an umbrella and two beach chairs set up right on the sand — no hauling gear, no reservations to juggle. We'll send the pass, along with directions and your access code, in your pre-arrival email.

We also stock the condo with a lightweight beach cart, a 22-can wheeled cooler, and two fold-up beach chairs, so you're covered for a hassle-free day at the beach either way.

Decorated with a fun, funky flip-flop theme, our condo is bright and playful — ideal for winding down after a day exploring Galveston Island. The living, dining, and kitchen areas all share the Gulf Front view, and two 11-foot sliders open from the south bedroom onto your private balcony.

At 1,000 sq. ft., the condo comfortably sleeps up to 4, with 2 queen beds and a queen-size automatic air mattress. Linens and towels are provided for 4 guests, plus a paper-goods starter kit. The kitchen is fully furnished, and this unit has more recent updates and upgrades than most others in the complex.

Family-friendly amenities include a shared pool with plenty of seating, propane grills under a shaded gazebo, and 24/7 front desk staff. With two interior elevators and parking on both the north and south sides of the building ($35 parking pass required), convenience is assured.
