The apartment was exactly as described. It was very clean. The neighborhood was quiet. The host checked in with us to make sure everything was good. I would gladly rent again!

Coastal Breeze

The property was as advertised. It was off the beaten path in a suburban location close to restaurants, things to do and family. It met our needs very well. Very clean and quiet.Pretty yard and great shower.

I'm not sure why the Uber driver said, "Be careful around here," because the neighborhood seemed fine. We got there at night, but it didn't seem unsafe. If you are cruising with Margaritaville, it is very close to the port, which was great for us. Beds were pretty comfortable, the place was reasonably clean, and I have to remind myself that cockroaches are normal in Florida. It was a very short stay (basically just a place to sleep the night before the cruise), and it served its purpose. I would stay again for the convenience.

Sorry about the coackroach , i wish you had reached out to me privately to adresss the issue , i do have a exterminator that services the property monthly . Also as a traveller that books quiet a few short term rentals, its my responsibility to research the neighborhoods i stay in . I cant hold the host liable for that , or give a negative review for my oversight . You are welcome to come again .

Unit was dated but clean and comfortable for our 1 night stay. close to port for easy access for our cruise. Area seemed a little schetchy but we did not have any issues.

Just right!

Chose to due VRBO instead of hotels for work trips. It was quiet, close to the beach, and perfect for 2 travelers to have separate room and work in the evenings together on the couch. Simple drive to Palm Beach and Palm Beach Garden. Easy check in and out. Communication with Hosts was great.. They were very responsive. Will book again.

My husband and I enjoyed our 4 night stay. The owner was very nice and easy to communicate with. The unit was very clean. The bathroom had recently been remodeled and had plenty of hot water with very good pressure. The in unit washer and dryer was very convenient. We only used the queen bed, and it was comfortable. The kitchen drawer sticks, but just needs the countertop edge shimmed, so if it sticks, just lift up a little on the edge of the countertop, and it will open. Everything else worked fine and was as advertised. The neighborhood is older, but was quiet and we felt very safe during our stay. Overall, we think at this price point, that this is a very good and clean unit (way better than the one on Singer Island that we stayed at last year, and paid a lot more for). So we will definitely be staying here on our next trip to the area. We highly recommend.

This property was really easy to settle into after a long day of travel. There were 3 of us and we never felt like we were in top of one another. The layout was great! The beds were comfortable and any communication was responded to promptly. The neighborhood is quiet as well so we got a good night’s sleep. We would definitely stay again.

When we arrived we found the place and entered easily. Then after inside. NOPE. There were hairs on the towels in both the bathroom hung up and in the folded ones inside a closet. Hair was also seen on a bedroom floor. Hair and crumbs were found within the sheets on one of the beds. Also a couple faint splattered blood? spots seen on bathroom wall. Blood spot seen on bathroom rug. We were there for maybe 10 minutes. Left then sent a message to host stating these issues. He immediately called me and apologized stating it was a housekeeper issue. What was odd during that conversation was he didn't seem surprised at all with my complaints. He did hone in on the blood spots though but didn't care about the hairs. He quickly offered to Zelle me a complete 100% refund without me asking. Very nice and correct. I received the money in seconds. However he advised me to NOT cancel this reservation through VRBO and to NOT leave a bad review. I can only assume this has happened before and this is how he handles it. When I was researching properties all the reviews were acceptable and no red flags for me so that is probably why.

A weird review , given your accusation of blood and hair all over the place it would be negligent of me to have you cancel and bear the cancellation fee, further more i wouldnt want other guest to see that alleged crime scene , it warranted an inspection by myself and the cleaning lady .. No blood , hair or crumbs were found on examination. After 22 excellent reviews , i must have alot of money to burn to solicit such favorable reviews. Please stay away from this listing thank you.

Todo estaba muy bueno solo q las alfombras estaban humedas y resvaladisas debido a la humedad q conservaban .Y a las sabanas de las camas twins tienen olor a humedo.Por lo demas fue muy bueno.Gracias
