Spacious 5BR Family House Near Tufts, Cambridge & Boston, FREE Parking & W/D 597

Thank you so much for your detailed feedback, Sue — we truly appreciate you taking the time to share your experience. First, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience with the bedroom doors. The cleaning team likely locked them by mistake during turnover, as they are keypad locks, and we completely understand how that could be confusing. As soon as you reached out, we were happy to provide the codes right away. Regarding the number of beds, our intention was simply to align usage with the number of registered guests so you could feel free to use any beds within that count — there was absolutely no restriction beyond that. We also appreciate your notes on the towels, mugs, and glassware. We’ve already followed up with our cleaning team to ensure these items are more clearly set out and easily accessible for future guests, rather than stored away. Thank you as well for your feedback on the blinds — we are currently looking into improvements to make the space more comfortable. We truly value your input, as it helps us continue improving. Thank you again for staying with us!
