The host was an excellent communicator by responding promptly to all questions and provided many suggestions of places to go in the surrounding area. Location was on the beach with great views as well as being convenient to the immediate and surrounding areas. Conveniently took day trips both north and south of the property. The designated parking was also a benefit given the busy area.

Everything about this place was amazing! The location was perfect, right on the ocean with beautiful view from the balcony. The condo was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Check-in was easy, the host was friendly and responsive, and having two dedicated parking spots was a huge bonus. The beds were very comfortable, and our kids absolutely loved sleeping in the upstairs loft. We truly didn’t want to leave and can’t wait to come back. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful week at this beautiful, squeaky clean, ocean front condo. It was very centrally located - besides the proximity of the beach and the pier, we were able to make day trips to Portland, Kennebunkport and Portsmouth. It is one of the quieter areas of Old Orchard and we highly recommend it if you don't want the hustle and bustle of the pier outside your door. Kitchen amenities are basic, but had all the essentials. Bed in first floor bedroom was comfortable (we did not use the loft) and bathroom was updated and very clean. Balcony was perfect for a quick breakfast and reading, relaxing and listening to the waves. It was just my husband and I, so it was a perfect size. Other reviews mentioned the train and you do hear the train horn as it crosses each intersection, but it never actually woke us up from sleep and we are light sleepers. I would stay in this exact unit again if we ever revisit the area. Thanks Kaitlyn for your hospitality and excellent communication!

Perfect place for the family! Kids had huge grass area to play and great restaurants around the corner! Easy walk to pier, would definitely stay here again!

Perfect location - Wonderful Stay

We had such a great stay! The location honestly couldn’t be better - right on the beach and just a short walk to the Pier! The condo itself was clean and comfortable. The loft was perfect for our kids. They loved having their own space and said the beds were comfortable. It had everything we needed and we'll be booking again for next year!

Perfect size and location. We had plenty of room for all 6 adults and were able to relax at the beach to truly enjoy our time and celebrate our graduate.

The photos represent almost exactly what you'll get. The condo had a great balcony which we loved. When I had to contact the owner, I had an immediate response. It was clean. I'd stay here again!

Perfect location! You wake up to the ocean!

We had an amazing stay! The condo was spotless and had everything we needed. We loved being able to look out at the ocean from the living room! Kaitlin was incredibly friendly and responsive, making check-in seamless. The location is perfect - close to everything, yet peaceful. We can't wait to come back when there's no snow on the ground!

Decent location, nice ocean view. Property is dated and in need of a refresh. Carpeting has stains. Beds were good. Unit is on second level, so be ready for the stairs. Bathroom has been renovated and is nice.

Best beach stay!

We had a great weekend at this condo. The listing is exactly as described and you just can’t beat the oceanfront location. It was the perfect size for two couples and 3 kids. Each family had their own sleeping space. Beach entrance is only a few steps from the home and we enjoyed being able to hear the ocean waves from the private balcony. Easy walk down to the pier and nearby restaurants. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay or location. We’ll definitely be back!

Nice place and ON the beach!! Only complaint was the ceiling fans were coates in dust (air cond vent too). I cleaned fan in loft so we xould use.I would suggest a wall mirror in loft. Supply more towels...we had 4 and there were 4 of us. Maybe 2 extra...ladies like one for hair. Also, one of the dining room chairs has a rung broke. Do appreciate the contacy when we had questions and would stay again!!!

I’ve just come home from a 1-month stay at this property.I loved this condo! It was very well equipped in the kitchen, including a toaster oven, which was very handy for reheating leftovers. The beds & pillows were very comfortable & the linens soft & cool. The shower had very good pressure, & warmed up quickly. The bathroom itself is fine, but there is not a lot of storage, so definitely bring your hanging toiletry kit. Towels were ample & fluffy. There is plenty of seating in the living room area & dining table. The loft space with additional 3 beds is fantastic. I had a guest stay there for several nights and she loved it. The washer/dryer as well as the dishwasher all worked very well. Two things about this condo stood out, compared to others I’ve stayed in. The first is that the glass sliding door facing the ocean has a screen slider. This allows you to open up the glass slider & get the fresh air in, but not any bugs! The second benefit is that this condo comes with two parking spaces; one in the garage & one outside. This made it much easier to have guests over as parking in the area is very limited.It’s walking distance (0.4 mile) to The Brunswick & Sunset Bar & Grill, so if you enjoy live band music, it’s an easy walk. There’s also a locker in the garage with numerous beach chairs & other beach amenities. Most of all, communication with the host was excellent — very responsive. I enjoyed this place so much that I’ve booked it 2 more times next year!

Loved this property! Gorgeous views and very spacious. It would have been a bonus for some picnic tables on the grass but regardless we would stay again in a heartbeat. I was pleasantly surprised to find binoculars (after being bummed I forgot mine) and walkie talkies too! Perfect location for some quiet but close enough to the action. Nice restaurant nearby with amazing pizza too. We will be back!
