Grand Victorian 1,200+ square foot unit, with Sleeping for 6. 1 King, 1 queen, 1 single, and 1 pullout couches in the living room! A great deal for families! Street View balcony, Central heat and a/c, Washer/Dryer, ironing board with iron, hairdryer in the bath. Kitchen fully equipped with service for 6, plus coffee maker, blender, ice bucket and barware, Rental includes two parking spaces, one on-site and one in the parking lot down the street. This is standard in this building.

Events: Weekly Concerts in Town Square this Summer. Free shows from Capricorn Productions every Monday and Tuesday night at 7pm in season. Fireworks: Starting June 28 every Thursday evening through Labor Day at 9:45 pm on the beach next to The Pier. Sponsored by Palace Playland, The Pier, and other local businesses. Also July 4th! Ocean Park Music Festival Sunday evening live music at the Temple on Temple Ave (7:30pm). Chautauqua Weeks inspirational services. July 4 – Fireworks In The Square… On the beach next to the Old Orchard Beach Pier.

The condo was as photoed and listed. Disappointed that no Ocean view but hosts were very responsive to inquiries and direction.

Check in is a breeze with plenty of staff to answer any questions and point you in the right direction. Condo itself is beautiful. The decor is fantastic and everything is very comfortable and clean. The unit is very spacious and if that’s not enough, you can hang out on the balcony and enjoy the activities going on outside.

The condo was beautiful and perfect for what we needed. We really enjoyed sitting on the balcony and being able to see people watch and cruise the ocean blvd. I would reccomend this condo to anyone looking to stay in Old Orchard Beach. Everything is literally just steps away from the condo and the beach. The bar closes a little early for me but there are more bars close by

I booked this condo in December 2025 for a week-long family vacation from August 1–8. Just four days before our arrival, I received a message from the host saying he was looking forward to our upcoming visit and check-in instructions.When we arrived on August 1st and attempted to check in, property management informed us that the unit was double booked and another party had already checked in and was occupying the condo.I immediately contacted the host. He acknowledged the double booking and said he was contacting other owners in an effort to find something comparable. Ultimately, no alternate accommodations were provided or offered that would allow us to continue our scheduled vacation. No compensation or other meaningful resolution was offered either. The only availability mentioned to me was for August 22–29, which obviously did nothing to help a family that had already arrived for an August 1 reservation.The end result was astonishing: I was standing in Old Orchard Beach with my family, a packed vehicle, a double-booked condo, and no place to stay.What makes this especially unacceptable is how the situation was handled. I understand that mistakes can happen, but we were left to deal with the consequences of someone else's double booking on the day of our arrival—with no accommodations, no meaningful alternative, and no compensation.Based on our experience, I cannot recommend this property and would not feel comfortable booking with this host again.

Very convenient location

The location was perfect. Walkability was great! Right on the beach. Reserved parking. The only problem was that the air conditioning had been preprogrammed to return to 74 degrees at night. We were not able to change that, and it was much too warm for sleeping! Since it did not face the ocean, there was no breeze, so opening windows would not have helped. I strongly feel that when someone rents a home, they should be able to set the temperature where it is comfortable for them. The bed in the smaller bedroom was entirely too hard. Everything else about the condo was fine.
