Loved this property for our family gathering. Tucked away from the hustle and bustle but still could get to the beach easily. Loved the pool and fenced in yard for the dogs. So glad I could bring my pets on vacation. Kitchen was well stocked. Loved every minute of it.

Nice, quiet and close to everything

This is an excellent place to stay for those who want to be in a quiet area, yet close to everything else. The house is pet friendly with plenty of room.

The house is nice, but the pool is smaller than it appears in the pictures. Still very nice for some afternoon play or small children, and host supplies plenty of pool toys. The house has two sets of double patio doors that lead out to the pool, but don’t be fooled. The one from the family room is locked and the other leading from the kitchen has a sign on it stating that it must remain closed. This leaves only one door for which to exit the house. This door has an alarm on it that chimes every time somebody opens or closes the door and can be disturbing if anyone is trying to sleep in the master bedroom just beside this door. During our stay the septic system went out leaving us without the use of a toilet with eight people in the house for almost 24 hours. This required us to go down the street to a restaurant or to the grocery store to use facilities. The owner did get someone out to the house late the next day who could drain the septic system as it was full and not properly maintained. Beyond that, the pool waterfall that was strong when we first arrived slowly became nonfunctioning. The pool guy came out on Saturday to clean the pool and when we discussed with him, he had to turn it off completely as he said that there was not enough pressure in the pipes to continue working properly. After our visit, we tried several times to reach the owner but we were never able to successfully connect. When you call the number, you will go to the answering service.

Thank you for sharing your feedback! We're glad you enjoyed the home, pool, and pool toys, though we're sorry a few hiccups interrupted your stay. The pool door alarm is required under Florida law to help protect guests, especially little ones who might wander toward the water. The chime may not be everyone's favorite sound, but safety comes first! Our team addressed concerns promptly as reported. Following nearly 4 inches of rain the day before your arrival, the septic system needed an additional, unscheduled service visit. We understand the inconvenience and are glad the plumber resolved it the following day. As for the low flow waterfall, we hope it didn't overshadow the poolside fun and family memories! Regarding communication, our team tried reaching you multiple times after your stay and also got voicemail. TAG! You're it. And speaking of unexpected extras, we're glad your furry family joined you! We approved two dogs, however, and discovered a third furry stowaway. This home has a two-dog maximum, and we ask all guests to respect that policy. This home consistently earns 10/10 reviews, so we're sorry it wasn't quite the perfect fit for your family. We appreciate you choosing Beach Getaways and hope your next vacation is a little more carefree!

Amazing home for a relaxing vacation

The house was clean & cozy in a great location. The pool & backyard are amazing and a great place to relax. You are about a 5min drive to Johnson Beach where there is plenty of parking & easy beach access. The house is well stocked in the kitchen and the owner also has a great collection of family games. There is plenty of space for 8-10 people. We can’t wait to go back!

Good times at Bayside Bliss

Perfect getaway for our family. Conveniently located. House was very well put together. Fully stocked with everything needed plus some. Pool was fantastic.

Beautiful home! and a Brand new Pool!!

Very Spacious and 1.5 miles to Publix and 10 minutes from the beach! The ocean view at the house is also very nice / and the brand new Pool! They are still working on the yard and it also very large.

Fantastic property!

Everything is well maintained, and the pool and lights made it a lot of fun. I love the setup of the house and it was nice to have one bedroom with a gigantic closet away from the rest so when the little one woke up, the whole house didn't hear it. Its a little drive to the Pensacola Beach but it sure is beautiful and had a lot of fun. The Point restaurant close by was fantastic and it was great to have groceries just a couple miles down the road. McGuires in town was also super and is a must stop.

Great house!!

It was one of the best places we stayed!! So many extras and small details. The notebook of things to do was great too! We loved that they had everything needed to cook and eat meals for 10 guests without having to go buy stuff!! This made the stay so much better! Great attention to detail!!! Would stay again!!!
