The listing does note that there is one TV in the living room, but I understand how having additional screens can be helpful for families and most guests bring their own iPads, etc for additional screens. Regarding the air hockey table, I’m sorry to hear it wasn’t working well for your 10‑year‑old. We wish we had known during your stay — ***we’re always happy to troubleshoot or fix anything right away so you can fully enjoy every amenity.*** We have taken care of the issue, replaced the puck and polished the table for future guests. And about the towels — we intentionally provide Turkish‑style towels because they dry quickly, stay fresh longer, and are wonderfully lightweight. They’re chosen for their benefits, though we understand they feel different from plush traditional bath towels, and we appreciate you sharing your preference. We have added some traditional plush towels so folks have a choice. Beach / Hot tub towels were and are always available as well. Your closing note means a lot: none of these things were dealbreakers, and you’d still recommend the property. That’s truly appreciated.
