The property itself is beautiful, but could definitely be cleaner and stocked more with the essential... toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, the outside trash was already full, the dishwasher was full, most of the light bulbs were out, we were aware of the spa being out if order but its been out for quit some time based off the other reviews and description in the ad. Youd think you would get that fixed. Huge rats on the pool deck while we were out there. Rat dropping on the patio furniture that was not in good shape (rats are making a home in there) then on the last day as i was about to take the sheets off the bed, i found a rat poop in the master bed!!! I didnt want to leave this but if the owners are paying someone to manage this property it is not being done good enough for the price they charge, 800 dollar host fee. Its a beautiful home but needs better attention.

Great property with no complaints regarding cleanliness, community and space available at the property. Recommend turning the AC on 24 hours prior to reservation to ensure the home is cool. I think there should have been TV's in more than one room. I will say we spent the majority of time in the common area.May want to look at replacing some of the patio furniture which was a bit worn and beat up.Outside of that no complaints and I would recommend the property.

We had a blast, house was so hot when we arrived you may want to turn on AC 1-2 hours before your guests arrive, there was no extra toilet paper or paper towels so that was inconvenient! We LOVED the pool and the neighborhood! Once AC was on we stayed cool the rest of the time! Thank you so much!

Extremely Disappointing Experience – Would Not Recommend

Our stay at this property was extremely disappointing. Although we were allowed early check-in, the home was not guest-ready. The cleaner was still there when we arrived and claimed she was done, but the beds were unmade, sheets were dirty, and the bathrooms hadn’t been cleaned. When I informed the host, she replied, “I don’t know what to tell you—do you want a refund?” We had 10 out-of-town guests, including elderly family (ages 60–80), in town for my son’s First Communion. Finding new accommodations last minute wasn’t realistic.I offered to send photos of the home’s condition, but the host refused, saying she already had pictures and “everything looks perfect to me.” I then asked if she could send the cleaner back, and she said the cleaner was too far and couldn’t return until another day. My family had to go to Walmart to buy cleaning supplies to make the home livable.After checkout, we were hit with false accusations of damages—broken chairs, candles, light switches, and couch damage—all untrue. The home was left as we found it. When I asked about the charges, the host never responded. Making false damage claims to charge guests after the fact is deeply misleading and reflects a serious lack of integrity.The lack of cleanliness, accountability, and professionalism was unacceptable. I would not recommend this property unless the host seriously improves her standards. Stay away.

Amazing Neighborhood

The home was very comfortable for the 7 of us that stayed there. We were glad to have an office for use. And bathroom for just about everyone. The kitchen and living room were a great size! The neighborhood and surrounding area was pretty, tree filled and had every convenience. The pool was beautiful! We were so thankful that we could bring our dog! The master suite was pretty amazing! Super happy with it. We had an issue with a sink that didn’t drain, but the property manager worked with us to get it fixed. There were only two tvs in the whole place. One in the living room and the other in master suite….more would have been better. Even one in the game room would have been nice. The hot tub did not work…we weren’t made aware of that, that would have been nice to know, however we still would have rented it. It wasn’t a deal breaker. We were super happy with this home! Would stay there again! Very much recommended!

Misleading

You see a nice pool in the picture well guess what it was disgusting , my friends came from up north and specifically wanted a pool which is why I paid extra for this particular house. They could not swim, not even once. The house itself is not taken care of , very dirty cobwebs, dead spiders. Looks like it hasn’t been cleaned properly in months! No sheets on the bed? Just a comforter and fitted sheet. Nasty!! Bad experience and overpriced. I certainly lost money on this house.

Beautiful stay! Such a great getaway experience!

This house was everything we expected and more! It was so clean and beautiful. The house had everything we needed. They stocked the bathroom with razors, toothpaste, cotton swabs and more things you may have forgotten. Which was amazing and unexpected. There were beautifully soft towels in every bathroom and even towels for the pool. Beds were so comfy and there was enough room for everyone to spread out and feel comfortable. The backyard was a beautiful oasis where we spent a lot of our time. The only struggle we had was getting the hot tub to heat up. Probably a user error. However it did not slow us down or keep us from enjoying the beautiful backyard! The location is amazing. Close to lots of places. It has beautiful washer and dryer that worked well! I cannot recommend this house more. It was so worth the money to be here. If you’re questioning it. Don’t! This is the place to stay!
