On the Southern coast of Maine, at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac in a quaint family neighborhood just minutes from the sandy beaches and open Atlantic, sits this 3 bdrm/3 bath Cape. With a classic New England farmer’s porch out front and an extensive furnished deck off the back, overlooking 180 acres of conservation land and 1.5 miles of nature trails, the beauty of Maine’s sights and sounds surround you. Only 2 1/2 miles to 4 family beaches, York Village, York Harbor, the Turnpike and Southern Maine’s only family Zoo/Amusement Park, this tranquil home away from home combines natural beauty with solitude and convenience.

Inside this tastefully landscaped home, you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen, W/D, Formal DR, LR, Family Room and full bath. Multiple TV’s and wireless access allow guests to remain connected to the outside world. Upstairs, the Master suite has a King bed, spacious walk-in closet, full sectional couch, large TV, office area and full bath with stall shower and Jacuzzi tub. The Second BRM has a Queen bed with a view of the pond and nature preserve. The third BRM has a Full bed and the downstairs LR has a pull-out queen sleep sofa for a 4th bdrm. Three full baths include a shower stall and tub in the Master, full tub/shower in the 2nd bath upstairs, and a shower stall w/seat in the downstairs bath. There are air conditioners in all three bedrooms and a total of 4 ceiling fans to ensure a comfortable temperature.

Watch your kids ride their bikes around the quiet cul-de-sac while you sip lemonade on the Farmers Porch out front, or enjoy the natural beauty of Maine summers on the fully furnished expanded deck off the back, complete with a Weber gas grill. Enjoy your morning coffee overlooking the pond amidst the serenity of the bird sanctuary and protected nature preserve. Count the stars at night and let the peepers lull you to sleep.

Great Spot, Quiet

7 of us stayed at Jen’s property, and we all loved it! Plenty of room for 6 adults and 1 toddler to spread out in the house. It’s close enough to Ogunquit to make a day trip beyond feasible (even with the toddler) and minutes from the York beaches. Would definitely recommend!

Great Vacation Location

The house location was great. It is close to so many areas with things to do. The house itself is very clean and beautifully decorated. The deck was very spacious with beautiful planters all around. It had 2 grills one being a Blackstone griddle which we fell in love with(and will be buying one now). It is a nice quiet location with a ton of privacy. Contact with the owner was great as they were very responsive to our questions. We look forward to returning in the future!

Lovely Stay

Beautiful property, great location

We had a great vacation! Property was spacious, clean, the beds were comfortable and there was a nice big terrace to eat outside with nice flower baskets. The owner was always very quick to answer texts. Short distance from Ogunquit beach which was nice!

Quiet Getaway

We recently rented this property for 5 nights and could not have had a better experience! The house was extremely clean and well taken care of. We loved the neighborhood as well- super quiet and family oriented! We were less than a 10 minute drive away from York beaches, and had plenty of dining options around us! Highly recommend this property!

Great Maine Getaway

We had a terrific stay at Jen’s house. It’s an excellent location and a very nice home with everything you could need. Just off route 1, but in a lovely, quiet neighborhood. Very private back deck was perfect for morning coffee, afternoon cocktails, and evening meals. Good take out options from area restaurants. Tended toward Ogunquit beaches rather than York and that seemed to be the right choice. Took a road trip to Reid State Park which had beautiful beaches and trails. The house was a perfect place for some much needed R&R during this time.

A wonderful home. Everything you need is there. I t was very comfortable staying there in this nice quiet neighborhood. It seems like the owner took great pride in making our stay a pleasure. The back deck has nice furniture to lounge on or hang out after a day out with great flowers and plants all around. We had a great stay there.

Centrally located to just about everything

The 4 of us (2 teenaged boys my wife and I) had a great time exploring the sea coast from Boston to Portland and found the home’s location to be ideal so we could get from place to place and back home to relax without ever rushing. The boys fished on the Ocean and river inlets almost daily as my wife and I enjoyed the nearby areas. Would definitely recommend this home to anyone looking for an affordable, nicely equipped home. The only complaint we had was the firmness of the Kind bed in the master suite. We all took our “turn” sleeping on it as we are more accustomed to a softer bed and the King just didn’t offer the comfort we are used to. Again, excellent home in a great location.

5 Peeps On Vacation

We are five girlfriends who travel together for vacation each year to enjoy the beach, shopping and girl time!! This beautiful home was spacious, clean, private and we ate our meals on the very large deck in the back of the house. The location is convenient and close to the beaches and shopping areas. Beautiful Welcoming Home

This home was truly a home away from home, it was very relaxing and welcoming. The owners provided everything possibly needed for our vacation. It was located conveniently to so many great places. We would love to go back and enjoy the beautiful deck and great area. I would highly recommend this rental property.

the home was exactly what we were looking for, close to everything but in a private setting. the home itself was beautiful with plenty of spots for relaxing and getting away from the kids for some quiet time. furnishings were above and beyond what you would expect from a rental.

The home is amazing, very quaint and quiet. Tons of room in and out. Very accessible to beaches, stores, restaurants. Owners are very friendly, accessible if needed. It'S definitely a home away from home. Ive been going to york for 53 years as my mom was born there and this home is perfect for any size family.

Home Away from Home

This amazing home has been my family's "home away from home" for the past 3 summers. Our entire family spends the week in this fabulous home and location to "get away from it all" and enjoy the nearby ocean and area. The family that rents this home is just as wonderful as the home itself. We have created some amazing memories staying at this wonderful residential York property. We have privacy while at the same time, we are not far away from all of the restaurants and activities in town and nearby towns. This is our PERFECT paradise. We book the following summer the week after we leave! It is truly a hidden treasure. It is comfortable, relaxing and has all of the benefits of being able to stay in for the night or go out for the night. It is spacious so that everyone has their own space when needed. There is a large living room and dining room for the family to gather together. I cannot say enough about this magical home. Absolutely amazing!

Second time in York. First time at this home...FABULOUS!!!!

My sisters and I spent a week at this location at the end of June and the first week of July. The house was beautiful and the central location was great for traveling north or south. The owners could not have been nicer. The house and outside area was perfect for cooking, relaxing and just having a wonderful time. We all would recommend this house to anyone wanting a fun, relaxing place for your visit to southern Maine.

We had a wonderful time spending a week in this lovely home with our family. When we arrived everything was clean and comfortable. There was even fresh flowers on the table. I would stay here again for sure !!

We bought into this neighborhood because of it's unique residential setting and commitment to conservation land. Nature trails surround our cul-de-sac and children feel safe to play in the yards. There is a common area perfect for afternoon picnics, morning yoga and basketball into the evening. A short car ride takes you to miles of sandy beaches, a quaint village shopping spree or a day at the outlets. There is even a seasonal zoo and amusement park right down the road:) The lakes region is a short trip away, as are the mountains. Truly location, location, location, figured into our plans to settle here. Not a day goes by that we are not grateful for the natural beauty that surrounds us. We love the beach by day, but adore the peace and quiet of our backyard peepers and frogs in the evening as we sit out on the deck under the stars...

So close to all the action and activities of a coastal resort town! This house offers the best of both worlds...the convenience of a few short miles to the ocean and the quiet natural beauty of backyard conservation land.

Just minutes to the seaside amenities, we live in a neighborhood setting, on the end of a quiet cul-de-sac joined by four other homes. Our property abuts conservation land with over 1.5 miles of marked nature trails. Perfect for hikers and nature enthusiasts. Our backyard is peaceful and serene overlooking protected woodlands, a pond and nature trails. Just jump in the car and go to any one of the four great beaches here in York. (Beaches are about 5 minutes from here.) Enjoy a morning or late afternoon walk, run, bike or stroll on the 3+ miles of safe sidewalks in the development, complete with ocean views at the top of the hill.

Our deck is totally private for sun bathing and we are SO close to lots of picturesque New England destinations...the perfect spot for day-tripping guests.

And let us take a moment to introduce Ogunquit village. Ogunquit village is about a minute drive from our house, and there is a lot to do there including the Ogunquit Playhouse; Broadway on the Beach! Ogunquit is known for its fine beaches, great restaurants, sailing and boating in Perkins Cove, unsurpassed summer theatre of the stars, museums and gift shops. Ogunquit is also a renowned seaside artist community. The town of York has many beaches that cater to different interests; busy, quiet and kid-friendly. York also has some fine restaurants, lovely places to visit and Southern Maine's only Zoo/amusement park! Research both York and Ogunquit's Chambers of Commerce to get a taste of what is in the area. The famous Kittery Outlets are right down the road, so shopping is a decadent pleasure just a few minutes from our home.!
