Escape to our charming lake house anchored in the foothills of the Smoky Mountains on Douglas Lake that comfortably sleeps up to 10 people! This cottage features breathtaking lake and mountain views. Drink your morning coffee and watch the glorious sun rise over the lake or sit around the fire pit in the evening and enjoy the moon kissed lake views. Inside, enjoy cozy living areas with three 50” Roku tv’s and a 32” Roku tv in the master bedroom along with a well-equipped modern kitchen. There is a 4-in-1 pool, foosball, air hockey and ping pong table along with an NFL 4 player video game for your entertainment! We have included some kids board games and a football for their entertainment as well. Explore nearby historic Asheville, Dandridge, Knoxville, Sevierville, Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg (all within 15 minutes to an hour drive) or relax on the deck or patio area with a BBQ grill and stunning vistas. Bring your golf cart or bicycles and ride the quiet neighborhood that once was an 18 hole golf course! Perfect for families, couples, nature lovers and fishermen! There is a boat launch nearby and a private dock, so bring your boat or jet ski because we have two kayaks available for use and have a relaxing and fun stay! Book with us today!

This house is so special! My family enjoyed every minute of it. We created a lot of memories on the back porch and down on the dock. Our host went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. Can’t wait to go back!

We had a great time. Beautiful house. Had everything you would need. Stunning views of the lake! Right on the lake. The only complaint is there are tons of steps to get down to the lake.

Cozy home, well equipped with all of the necessities. Nice deck, great to take in the beautiful view in the mornings & evenings. Convenient ramp right across the lake. Enjoyed our visit !!

Great place friendly neighbors. We walked in the evenings around the neighborhood and was greeted by some of the neighbors.

We were nervous about the change in address- never been up this far on the lake - however it turned out to be perfect. The water level was a lot lower than we expected. Made the dock situation rough, our little boy fell through the steps once - made us a little nervous for going to the boat and back. However, if the water level was normal- it wouldnt have been an issue at all. The home was so cute and inviting. We were able to truly unwind and relax. Thank you for sharing your home with us! Everything was clean - the upstairs balcony looked untouched. But it was fine. The host was amazing to work with. She replied to every question I had. Even the silly ones.

The neighborhood is so quiet and so close to the interstate! You can access anything you would like or need from 5 minutes to an hour max! Food City and Dollar General are 5-10 minutes away and Morristown is only about 15-20 minutes away, Buc-cee's, Sevierville, Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, Knoxville and Asheville are between 20-minutes to an hour at most! It’s the perfect location to stay and relax and be close to absolutely anything you desire to do!!

You can bring your golf cart and ride through the quiet neighborhood and see all types of wildlife walking and playing around! There are deer, squirrels and beaver just to name a few! We offer a private dock for swimming and to dock your boat or jet ski. There is a deck for Sunni g or just relaxing and enjoying the view and we offer a variety of books for an avid reader than loves a relaxing view of the lake and mountains at the same time!
Sit in our relaxing sunroom and drink your coffee while watching the sun rise and glisten over the lake. We supply s'more ingredients for those chocolate lovers to enjoy around our fire pit. It is our hope that those staying here will feel at home while on vacation and can relax and feel the peace and serenity that comes from staying on the lake!
If you want to be near historic Dandridge, Pigeon Forge, and Gatlinburg but hate to fight the constant traffic, this is the prefect retreat for you!!
