Great home and location. Family of 14 enjoyed the spacious home and amenities. Enough room for all. A lot of outdoor furniture beautiful deck and even a lake view hammock to enjoy! Kitchen fully stocked and even a porch swing with view of concreted fire pit with chairs. We will surely be back!

We had 4 generations stay and everyone had a wonderful time. The location is beautiful and the proximity to the water unbeatable. The home had everything we needed and more.

Great family vacation

Your house was exactly as pictured. Dock and lake were beautiful. Easy short walk from house to dock. My whole family had an excellent time. We would definitely come again.

Everyone loved it! Great spot on lake Douglas! Great swimming right ofg dock too!

Loved location & nicely remodeled new house and deck/patio/fire pit! swimming right off pier/shore!

As the owner of this beautiful home, I was not contacted in regards to any discrepancies. This home is very accurately described in the listing and clearly states all the amenities offered.

Tennessee paradise!

Douglas Lake is our families’ happy place. This place made the trip even better. Lots of room, easy lake access and our hosts were available to answer all questions quickly. What a great place for large families! Everything was as pictured; highly recommend!

We enjoyed our stay at this spacious lake house. The well-stocked kitchen allowed us to make our meals for our daughter’s 21st birthday celebration. Keep in mind that the lake gets drained 25 feet starting in October. Food City saved the day by having bundles of wood and kindling for sale.

Very nice...

Place was amazing! The property was just as advertised! Only thing that was a downer was that the water levels were down. However was still very water accessible! Would definitely recommend this property to others. Communication was great with the owners!

Our Family Vacation for Spring Break

This is our 23rd year visiting the Smoky Mountains and our first time renting a lake front property vs. a cabin. Overall we had a wonderful trip, but my children really struggled because we didn't have access to Wi-Fi. Due to the location our cell phone connectivity was also very spotty, so without access to technology, my kids were force to interact with each other and it turned out to be very fun!

We have AT&T cell service and we have full 5G 4 bar service consistently. We have had no other guests with any cell service issues in the area. Guests drop a hotspot for their internet use.

Amazing Location!

The Property was amazing and in a very good condition. It is up the hill so recommended getting there when there is light outside and not in dark. The roads are narrow. The cabin was in great shape and our family enjoyed our stay. It is as pictured. All the appliances and entertainment things were given. The Host was not able to communicate in a timely manner but we can understand that they must be busy given the time frame of New Year’s Eve. Over all Great Stay!

Thank you so much for the compliment, we agree the property is amazing. We feel so blessed to be able to share this home with other families. The home sits on a flat lot with a very flat driveway that does not have a hill to access the property. The home sits at lake level. With it being New Year’s Eve holiday, I did not receive the guest message until the following morning and they had checked out. The question received after check out was simply “does the property have bears?”
