Cottonwood Canyon Farm, a luxurious farm estate with *seasonally* heated pool, features 2 fully remodeled luxurious & comfortable homes on a lusciously landscaped Farm Estate (*Pool is open from Memorial Day weekend thru September 30th), cozy fire pit, outdoor dining, and is just 15 minutes from Downtown Walla Walla. The property is truly a special place for families & friends to gather in the heart of Walla Walla wine country with plenty of room for up to 16 friends or family members to enjoy a harmonious blend of outdoor & indoor living. Both homes are always rented together and is a treasured family property meant to be enjoyed responsibly by respectable guests.

The property is located in a beautiful rural, country setting and part of a 250 acre active farm. Guests can enjoy frequent wildlife sightings including: Deer, wild turkeys, birds & owls!

Enjoy picturesque views of The Blue Mountains & farmland surrounding the property, all the while being 5-10 minutes away from Southside wineries.

• Both homes include fully stocked kitchens for preparing and cooking meals at home.

We provide high-end bed linens, bath towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner, makeup towels and makeup wipes (and pool towels during pool season too!)

We provide a starter set of Keurig coffee pods, sugar packets & creamers. Guests to supply their own ground, beans, and/or beyond the starter set of K-pods.

There are many family friendly activities in the Walla Walla area, including hiking, cycling, bird watching, pickleball, and tennis.

Enjoy picturesque views of The Blue Mountains & farmland surrounding the property, all the while being a short 5-10 minutes away from Southside wineries & within stone's throw of Reynvaan, Doubleback Winery (Bledsoe), Garrison Creek Cellars, & Devision Vintners. The Walla Walla Regional Airport is approximately 10 minutes away, where you're just a quick flight away from Seattle, WA; or fly in and out of Pasco, that connects you with other large West Coast cities such as Los Angeles, and San Francisco.

Cottonwood Canyon Farm has been a popular vacation rental home for the past 5 years, and changed property management in the Fall of 2024.

Guests provided with electronic key code by 2:30pm on the day of arrival.

Maximum guest capacity is 16, includes adults, children and infants.

No pets allowed on the property.

No parties, gatherings or events allowed on the property, including weddings, bachelor and bachelorette parties.

Signed Guest Renter Agreement required for all bookings (signed via online portal called MyStay).

No fireworks or sparklers allowed on the property, at any time of the year.

This vacation rental home is managed locally by Tracy at Arrow Haven Vacation Rentals of Walla Walla and is available 24/7 during your stay. Additionally, as a Preferred Host, we partner with Stripe to process reservation credit card payments. The merchant of record will show "Cottonwood Cyn Farm" on your credit card statement.
