We chose this property because it was close to our granddaughter’s apartment!!! The canister of earplugs by the bed and 2 noise cancelling machines were a quick clue of what to expect once evening arrived!!! The bars surrounding the property were extremely loud on Friday and Saturday night ….. and the wrestling event with the complete outdoor wrestling ring at the neighboring bar was another surprising, “rousing event”!!! Sunday and Monday night noise levels were a little less than Friday and Saturday. Accommodations were great! Everything we needed and more!

Fun town. Terrible management company.

The property appears to be under renovations. Our unit was clean and quiet. In the bathroom, there was no lid on the toilet seat and the vanity was very small, so anything that got knocked off was at risk of falling in the toilet. One big issue was parking. There was one handicap spot and every day, someone would park there without a handicap sign or license plate. Since my wife is disabled, I contacted AvantStay twice and they said they could not help. This is an ADA violation. We will definitely not book a stay at one of their properties again.

We want to clarify that there are no cameras at this property, and unfortunately, we’re unable to verify the owner of any vehicle parked in the designated spot. With many guests coming and going, it’s possible others parked there, including those who may be in rental cars without accessibility tags. We regret that this issue caused inconvenience and will continue to review our processes for improvement.
