Our place is a comfortable Nashville 1 bedroom with 1 bath 100% private home for 1-4 guests with a queen memory foam sleeper in living room

Great space to relax and stay while exploring the town!
We are less then 1 mile to downtown Broadway

Walk 5 min to explore Five Points or take a 4 min Uber to Nashville’s restaurants and bars

Our focus is a space that is clean and comfortable & convenient for our guests.

The space
We are 1.0 mile to downtown Nashville a 4 min Uber/Lyft to all the music venues, bars or our famous honkytonks here in Nashville.

We’ve always prided ourselves on a clean home as our reviews highlight, but have additional steps based on the
CDC and Airbnb disinfectant & sanitizing procedure between each guest stay

The master bedroom has a really comfortable Plush memory foam KING size bed (read our reviews)

In the living room we have a new queen memory foam sleeper sofa with a great memory foam topper.

The house sleeps 4 max.

Very clean and comfy place to stay for a quick overnight trip. The location was perfect in a very walkable neighborhood and the comfy king sized bed was definitely a plus!

Cute little condo in a quiet, convenient to downtown neighborhood. Hosts were very responsive to all questions pre/during and post stay!

The property was clean and well maintained. It is located in a historical area which was really nice. The people there were friendly and inviting. We enjoyed our stay and would go back. I did not ask if there were stairs to the unit and there were at least seven stairs which were a little steep. I was fine but my husband has trouble with stairs but he made it work. I would recommend it.

Quiet place that’s a quick ride to downtown Nashville. The bed is ultra comfy! We enjoyed breakfast at the Sky Blue Cafe down the block.

Oh my gosh we loved this sweet little bungalow! Everything was great - the comfy bed, updated decor and welcoming atmosphere inside as well as the location. We were able to walk to dinner both nights. I definitely recommend this for a stay in East Nashville.

We didn’t really need more than a bed and bathroom so we didn't explore kitchen or tv amenities. However, for our purposes of the co-ed bachelorette party it was perfectly located close to Broadway. Clean and spacious for a 1/1.

Perfect little spot close to downtown, but far enough to avoid heavy traffic and crowds. Great amenities; the nespresso machine is on point, bed was super comfy, shower was great, and Rick’s communication is top notch! Our next stay in Nashville I won’t even need to look for a another place, I’ll rebook here in a heartbeat!

The Heart of Nashville is exactly that. Historic Edgefield is a lovely quiet part of town and yet only a few minutes to Broadway. The house is very well equipped, with everything you might need for a great stay. Please note the exterior of the house is not the one you see on the site. Its no 3 in the middle.

Great place. Cozy and comfortable. Well stocked. If I am ever in Nashville again, i will book this place again! It was 2 minutes from Broadway, yet, it felt like a safe and away from the noise of the city.

Wonderful stay for our weekend in Nashville! Very easy drive or Uber to Broadway. The apartment is very nice and clean, has all the amenities you need. Highly recommended! Hosts very communicative and check-in was easy!

Great place and location

The property was very clean and perfect for a couple. Bed was comfy and we loved having a washer/dryer available for our stay. When we visit Nashville again we will be back!

We moved back to Nashville a few years ago, after living in Orange County CA off and on the past 25 years to come back and slow down and spend more time in community service helping families.(#bestlifeever) We have three amazing son's and two daughter in-laws that are angels.
We have a small farm south of town, (fresh farm eggs ...yum, ) We enjoy traveling all over the globe. We really love being in Nashville, and also spend time in our Destin beach house part of the year, it’s a little bit of everything and we are happy calling this home......
